2nd visit here - Very comfy and quiet room, nice welcome and easy check in, lovely bathroom and the snacks/food that we ate in the bar were very good (nachos, dips, chicken wings). Good selection and quality of breakfast options. The hotel is as described - we knew what to expect and we like that everything is quality, has a relaxed feel and the staff are very pleasant.

Service in the bar was too slow and the rotating video showing the hotel was very repetitive and dull. At breakfast my husband asked for cold ‘plant based’ milk for his cereal and was told no they didn’t have any despite that they had warm plant based milk in a flask.

Beautiful hotel, great location, amazing rooms, very comfy beds and very friendly staff, very helpful and loved the great detail to leave some food and wine in the room as a complimentary, nice touch. I will definitely visit again.

One of the main reason we choose the hotel was for the parking, as we were driving a few Porsches and a Ferrari, the parking is good, we loved the idea of having car wash in the parking, but it was not very well equipped as advertised in the website, no a deal breaker, but it would be nice to just buy a bottle of car shampoo instead of having fairy which is horrible for cars and the cost is pretty much the same.

The breakfast was good and the views were fantastic.

As it was our 35 wedding anniversary on the day we stayed . I booked a table on the terrace and asked for a good table.when we went for the meal we were put on a table away from the edge of the terrace as all the free tables on the front were for four people. There was no table reserved for us even though it was a special request. And when we received the starters they had not bothered to bring our drinks we ordered they brought drinks for another table who came in after us. So we were not happy with the restaurant at all.And I doubt we will stay again at this hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are very comfortable, dinner and breakfast are also very good, plenty of parking and good facilities, although some you need to pay more for. Reception staff gave us a lovely welcome and were very professional. You get both the wow factor when you walk in and feel at home. Would definitely recommend

We thought the bar staff could be more friendly and professional - maybe take a leaf out of the book from reception staff who were excellent. Clearly busy, but the hotel wasn't that busy when we stayed. It just seemed that at each time we sat at the bar , the noise from behind the bar was directly in front of us (when no one else was sitting there ). This was to the point where we had to stop our conversation or consider sitting somewhere else. We also noticed that they seemed a bit aloof with other customers. It's a demanding job, but it seemed they wanted to show us all that it is. Like to say it was just a bad day , but I cant say that , as it seemed no better the next day.

The hotel is fabulous with the most comfiest of beds we’ve ever slept in. The bathrooms are excellent with big fluffy towels. As the hotel is part of a golf club, the views are fantastic. The drive up to the hotel comes through a very posh area which is lovely.

The menu for evening meal was a little short and lacked a choice of vegetables with the meal but the food was good. I ordered salmon but wasn’t offered any carbs or vegetables to go with that, until I pressed for it.

Perfect stay from the beginning to the end. We had arrived late and been soaking wet. Staff at the reception was great and helped to keep motorbike in the underground parking. Dinner was exceptional with the new twist on the deserts by Jose-pastry chef. Wine selection very broad from local Navarra, Syriah to classic Rijohas. Room located into the view of the golf course. Super clean and extra comfy beds. Will definitely recommend to stay and will return if in the area.

It would've been nice to be able to get a coffee anytime at the bar/lounge instead of having to go outside (it was cold). However, very minor detail and I had coffee in room to "tie me over".

The room was very spacious, well organized, and quiet, with a lovely view and terrace of the countryside. Definitely reccomendable. We had dinner on Saturday and all was very good, great service, fresh ingredients and good wine list.

Breakfast does not offer a wide choice of healthy food. The room does not have a coffee machine and the bar is closed from 11until 18. Spa did not have availability for the massages and we purely had the 60 minutes water session. Very crowded, not very premium.

The environment and decoration were great. The view from the rooms are superb. The bed is very comfortable. Day staff were excellent, always smiling and helpful.

Night staff was somewhat "unprepared", we felt slightly uneasy and judged/uncomfortable with the treatment. Breakfast could have some more warm options. Omelets, bacon and sausages were very cold (even though there were in a nice pan on a warm plate). The spa being paid extra was a disappointment, also the fact that it has to be book a time slot - A guest on vacation usually like to be "free"/"spontaneous" to when to go to sauna or jacuzzi.

We liked the location, close to Pamplona, with plenty of free parking. Reception staff friendly and helpful. The adjacent golf course is superb, with special rate for hotel clients. We have been here before and we would definitely stay again.

The bar does not open until 18h00. No food or snacks available until 20h00. For a 4 star spa hotel, surprised that there were no bathrobes or slippers in the room. No tissues in the bathroom and nowhere to hang more than one bath towel.
