Very friendly, helpful staff . Liked the security awareness - only possible to get to the lift by an access-controlled door . Hotel is well-located in the very centre, short walk to everything. Comfortable room with good-sized bathroom. Car parking made easy by an arrangement the hotel has of a couple of reserved spots outside the front door to offload luggage and then with central car park about 5 minutes walk away .

Hotel a bit worn around the edges - could do with some refurbishment. Breakfast seemed quite expensive and cafeteria option very average.

The proximity of this hotel is perfect! We were right in the heart of the city and had a wonderful time getting around.

I didn’t like that the front desk clerk seemed overwhelmed and was pretty short. He was not rude, but was not overly hospitable. I really like feeling welcomed at the check in process, but didn’t feel it necessarily. Other than that, The hotel is beautiful and would stay again.

Attention of the staff, cleanliness, parking deal, availability of either buffet or small breakfast.

Room was on the small side for the price. Wear and tear was visible, especially in the bathroom. Old fashioned key to enter the room, and needs to be left at reception on every exit from hotel. No welcome treat, complimentary water, or something of a kind. None of that was a deal breaker for us.

I liked everything about this hotel. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I was made to feel very welcome. Everything was clean. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the gentleman on reception, whose name I forgot to ask; apologies. I arrived needing some TLC after a long hard day’s walking in the rain and I was given it in abundance. They provide room service which was much appreciated. I particularly recommend the buffet breakfast, a fantastic selection of food; very good quality. I certainly would not hesitate to recommend this property.

WHAT I DID LIKE - sorry, got the entries the wrong way round. This hotel has refocused since I stayed 5 years ago. It's heart is the bar/cafe, used by locals constantly, as well as offering an interesting and enjoyable offering for national and international visitors. The ground floor is reconfigured and the bedrooms have acquired new decorations and bathroom fittings. The hotel enjoys a heritage in Pamplona, which it now integrates with its modern offering. Previously, it struck me as efficient but bland. The staff are friendly and well-known to the many locals who pop in. Enhorabuenas!

The location of this hotel is excellent. The staff at reception were very professional. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The storage space was more than adequate and the toiletries ample. The café bar and the restaurant attached to the hotel are very good, especially the café bar.

The bathroom was very, very tight. The shower screen (opens out) does not seem adequate given the size of the bathroom. Managing entry and exit out of the shower was a little tricky.

The location was perfect. Walkable to all the popular tourist sites yet in a very quiet area. The property was easy to find and the parking arrangements were clearly explained and easy to follow. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful.

The shower! I'm always of afraid of slipping and falling in the shower. This shower was great! The floor was neither slippery nor rough. I felt secure. There was also a long rail I could hold onto. My room was small, but big enough for one person. The view was nonexistent. I think it was an airshaft painted bright white. I just kept the curtains closed. The room was still light enough. (Pamplona is a sunny place in September.) The bed was excellent and a good extra blanket was handy if I got cold at night. The staff gets an A plus, especially Pablo at the desk. He was very attentive and anticipated my needs. Buffet breakfast offered a huge variety and they made me scrambled eggs without salt (as per my doctor's orders). The location was an easy less-than-5-minutes walk to the Plaza del Castillo, where there a lot of good restaurants and bars.

Really nothing. I loved this place. It really spoiled me. I have another week of vacation and I don't think anybody's going to top this experience.

Clean comfortable in a good location easy walking distance to the center but also away from the noisy busy evening. Great price compared to other places available. The staff are friendly and helpful. I needed to stay an extra night and wish they had a room available but apparently the hotel is often fully booked.

Great location, easy access to old town but also bus to SJPP to start Camino. Great breakfast. Comfortable beds. V helpful staff after our flight was delayed.

Initially thought there was a bit of traffic noise but then realised in morning we’d left the window open all night and the sound proofing was actually very good!
