Location right in old town with their valet parking it worked well. Everything on the doorstep so you can walk to all the cafes, bars and restaurants. Based ourselves here for exploring the area including the Rioja region. The room was generous with a large comfortable bed on the top floor.

Although a large room the furniture for a week stay is not sufficient. Wardrobe only holds 4 hangers and only has one drawer. Ok for a night or two living out of a bag? Bathroom could do with a freshen up in places, shower head needs replacing. Didn’t stop us enjoying our stay though.

We stayed here last year and this year. We travelled with 1 Motorbike and as requested we were provided with indoor secure parking which is charged at an extra cost but well worth it for peace of mind. They have a brand new secure, electronic gated, outdoor parking area this year too and a fabulous small pool area which looked amazing but we didn't use it. Rooms were nice and clean. Location is first class and close to everything you need. A 3 min walk to everything. We didn't eat there but used the bar for a quick drink. This hotel is not the cheapest but it is in our opinion first class in terms of everything we needed and have no problem in recommending it. The staff on reception & valet services were really friendly and helpful. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for I guess.

The property had so many pluses which included the comfortable room and bed, location and staff. Valet parking was available which made it easier for us since we came by car. Our room had a nice mountain views with wonderful sunsets during our stay. The location was a bit off the busy area of the old town which afforded us peace and quiet at night (and even during the day for a good siesta). It was also an easy walk to the major sites and various cafe bar restaurants offering the best of the local cuisine. The staff were professional, mindful and welcoming who all spoke English deterring me from practicing my rudimentary Spanish. We did not opt for the breakfast during our stay but instead took to the streets and found wonderful places that served pintxos, bocadillos and cafe con leche.

The room could be larger but it worked for us.

Clean, casual yet elegant vibe. Mostly business and younger type customers were observed. Staff was efficient but pay good attention to the needs of customers. The room we stayed in has very modern amenities but some attention was given to the furniture selection(the wardrobe has ample space and lights up when opened). The windows were gorgeous and multi-panes wood with functioning hardware. You can open the window to feel the Pamplona breezes and hear the sounds of the people about town in the streets surrounding. I think the window was the prominent feature of the room. The bed is very comfortable, with soft sheets that keep you warm even if you forget to fully close a window. Radiator heating provides the heat to the room. The hotel operates a nice bar for cocktails and the hotel serves a breakfast that gets you on your way for whatever plans you have in Pamplona. Food served in any of its restaurants are up to par with similar dining options in the City.

Some construction was occurring nearby. But the noise was limited to the afternoons only. I appreciate the management of the noise to provide the respite desired by customers.

This is a superb Hotel. Staf are pleasant and helpful with parking on Arrival. Room was spacious enough and bathroom was well appointment with sustainable toiletries. Breakfast was one of the best I've had, Dinner in the restaurant was lovely, food was excellent. will definitely stay there again when we drive past next year. Just a note it's worthwhile to book a car parking space in advance (19 Euros per day) as the hotel is in a restricted zone. A short walk to bars and restaurants.

The location of the hotel is stunning, surrounded by beautiful areas for dog walking and great views over Pamplona. The staff were very helpful and valet parking was appreciated. It was lovely to have a covered terrace where we could eat accompanied by our little dog. Travelling with a dog can be problematic, but not here. Thanks

Whilst it was lovely to have an area we could eat accompanied by the dog, the food was a little disappointing, apart from the croquettes. We have stayed here before and eaten in the main restaurant, which was stunning and the food very good. Maybe we were just unlucky in that there was a function in the main restaurant when we ate this time and the food was not so good. Our room too was much smaller than on our last stay, but OK.

We stayed in a suite, the bed and pillows were really comfy. Can't praise all the staff enough at the hotel. Every member of staff we saw was very friendly and polite. Great valet parking service. We had breakfast 1 day and the breakfast is very good with lots of variety and choice. Some lovely fresh fruit and fresh fruit juice, there's a lovely area just at the side of the breakfast room where you could eat it outside. A good sun trap when the sun's out. Overall we had a lovely stay

The suite was very warm, it had aircon but I don't think it works properly as we couldn't feel any benefit from it, also we felt you could do with tea and coffee facilities in the room (this might not be a done thing in Spain though). We travelled as a big group for a wedding and we had friends staying in other hotels and they didn't have tea and coffee in their rooms either.

Location was good, near old town Room was nice, with city view (as required), but dark and extremely minimalist for a family. We stayed only one night, otherwise very small place for clothes, shoes aso. Breakfast was very good. Inside parking.

We were not noticed that it was an event in the restaurant the evening we came, so we had to go for dinner in town, which is near, but it was raining cats and dogs... In the room there are 2 bottles of water (as usually there are in the hotel rooms, not in the fridge) on the desk, but you have to pay attention to read the label, or when you use it, you have to pay 20 EURO/each, as there is a special water... :(

Excellent central location in the heart of the old town near to the Portal del Francis where the Camino Way enters the City. Nice touch on first night a complimentary glass of wine in the bar. Parking facilities very good for cars amd motorcycles secure underground beneath hotel.

No areas to relax other than a few sofas in a bar area which was also the restaurant. Evening meal very expensive I guess you pay for the all white what looks like a.wwdding venue decor. Breakfast also very expensive for what they were.

It was an excellent location and very quiet which was amazing as the town was very full of people for a marathon running event and a football match. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent value and the continental option was exceptionally generous. The beds were very comfortable and there was a nice bathroom.

The dinner in the evening was a bit disappointing. The food was OK but rather uninspiring and not really value for money which was a surprise after encountering the excellent breakfast and the splendid surroundings of the dining room, formerly the chapel of a convent.
