Underground parking which was secure. Great location just off motorway on way travelling down to Spain. Bar and restaurant on ground floor which you could take dog into the bar area where you could get hot and cold snacks in you wanted. Didn't use restaurant. Hotel very dog friendly. Room comfortable, hot shower, clean. Paid for breakfast but it wasn't open in the morning as we were leaving early so they did us breakfast picnic bags which were left at reception in the morning with ham and cheese rolls, drinks and pastries in which was wonderful. very friendly and accommodating staff.

Hotel was bit noisy with a family banging doors, shouting and running up corridors late at night. But you will always get disrespectful people in hotels. It doesn't reflect the hotel though. I would recommend.

The room is comfortable and the staff are always friendly. The bar downstairs serves excellent food.

We used to have breakfast but when we arrived 30 minutes before closing, the younger woman was unfriendly; taking food away so it was limited even though we paid 19 euros. She made us feel uncomfortable and we decided we would not go to breakfast again if she is serving. The usual lady was always friendly but this other one is lazy and does not want you there. Not good!

The hotel is connected to a busy bar / cafe which served a good selection of set meals and decent wine. It was very dog friendly. The rooms were a goid size and the large bed was very comfortable. Great coffee and fresh orange juice for breakfast and the usual continental selection.

Steps into hotel can be hard for disabled person although there is also access via the cafe which is not immediately obvious. On street parking was OK but a bit crowded. Not sure if it had any private parking.

We arrived around one in the morning for a stopover. The lady on reception was absolutely lovely and spoke very good English. Staff at night are usually tired and fairly inattentive but the reception at this hotel was the opposite, thank you. In the morning we went down for breakfast ( 9 euros) I think. I thought (just the usual continental stuff) coffee and a croissant, then a lady came out and asked if we would like cooked sausages, egg or breakfast? It was a bit early for us but it was a lovely touch and much appreciated.

Pets were made welcome. We were able to get meal to take to our room.

No tea and coffee making facilties. Parking on the street left our vehicle in a vulnerable position. There were a lot of people loitering ouside the reception entrance which made room a bit noisy. It would be helpful if guests with pets were allocated rooms at the end of corridors to minimise disturbance of guests passing the doors.

I like the convenient location, the friendly staff, the on-site restaurant and the pet friendly rooms. There is also on-site secure parking for a small extra charge, but plenty of on street parking. There's a path across the street where you can walk your dogs if you are traveling with pets

The room was excellent for me and my husband as he is disabled, but the access into the hotel for disabled people could be a little more easy,,,,and both rooms were very clean and comfortable,the staff were very helpful, the food was good but the restaurant could be a bit more comfortable it felt a bit like a canteen ,

Access to get into hotel for wheelchair was limited and possibly could be made easier

We were walking ththeCaminno and unable to get accommadation in Pamplona due to San Fermin festival. The hotel was a short bus ride from PAMPLONA and buses every 15 minutes. The hotel was of a very high standard for an Ibis. The receptionist was extremely helpful, there is a nice bar area outside.

the hotel is very close to the airport, that was the main reason we stayed here. Far from the city center, but there is a bus stop near the hotel and it is very convenient to get to the city. The room is small, but enough for one night, the bed is comfortable. Good bathroom. Very helpful hotel staff.
