Very friendly and helpful staff, simple but delicious breakfast with variety of tasty treats, we enjoyed tortillas, fresh fruits and pastries. Breakfast to go was also prepared on request with a good variety of food. Rooms are clean. Hotel location is near to the shops and bus stop. Walking distance to Arena Navarra. Thank you to the reception staff for honouring my request for quiet room and helpful tips of getting around Pamplona.

Nothing, we have no complaints at all. It would be nice to have an option to order warm food (snack bar) in the evening but there is a Galeria not far with food court, so we went there instead.

Arrived to a fantastic firework display courtesy of the Pamplona Bull Run fiesta. Coincidence I know, but what a welcome! Hotel is conveniently located just off the autovia, so handy for our one night stop over Breakfast was lovely, too!

We were just on an overnight stop off on the way to Southern Spain. Our stay coincided with the famous Pamplona bull run, so the price for our tripple room was very high. Not blaming the hotel, just poor timing on our part. The glass panel between the room and the bathroom was a negative. Anyone using the bathroom overnight lit up the whole room, disturbing anyone still asleep

It was really clean and comfortable. We were driving, so parking and access was easy. It is a little way out of the main attractions in the city, but the bus only took roughly 20 minutes and we found the walk to the bus stop easy. The staff were also incredibly kind and helpful. We had to check out at 4am to go to Valencia. The staff member manning the desk when we were checking out, organised us a coffee and a pastery because we were going to miss breakfast. They really went the extra mile.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a bath, very welcome after a long drive. The location on an industrial estate was quiet, and there was an Aldi literally right on your doorstep. Although there was no kettle to make a tea or coffee, you could at least buy a cup 24/7. The breakfast was very nice and set us up for the day.

Liked the cleanliness and the layout of the room. It was good that it had a television. I liked the idea of a set the room, even though we didn’t use it. The pillows were very comfortable. We had to leave early as we still had a long way to drive so we were given a breakfast to take with us. We were really impressed with it! It was delicious! So a big thank you!

The air conditioning was the only thing that let the room down. We put it on the highest setting when we first entered the room but soon discovered that over time the power of the air conditioning decreased and by the middle of the night it was hot in the room again so we had to get up to reset it to cool the room down. Also I’m not sure that I like the frosted glass window between the bedroom and the bathroom, although some other customers would probably like it.

Comfy spacious room. Good spread for breakfast. Very good service. Location is fantastic, 20 min walk from concert venue plus only 10 min drive to city center. Reception called a taxi for us and it arrived within minutes. Also, hotel is literally opposite a shopping center.

Location, parking and restaurants around the area.

In reception area they have made it self service for coffee and wine etc which I feel has made it impersonal. Previously you were served and this made it very personal. Also you used to get cups and saucer’s etc.

Stayed at this hotel on our way to england and on our way back home in Spain. The location suited our needs, there is a large shopping mall close by with shops and restaurants. Staff were very pleasant during our stay. Breakfast was the normal continental with a good choice and fresh.

We were advised that there was no restaurant for an evening meal, however, the are plenty of restaurants available in the shopping mall

Breakfast was nice and there was lots of choice. The room we had was a double joining room which was what we asked for and this suited us due to travelling with my mum. The beds were very comfy and we had a great night's sleep. Location of the hotel was great and you were only a few minutes walk to a large shopping centre. Staff all spoke English which was a bonus and were very friendly.

Clean comfortable room, good buffet breakfast included in the price, convenient location close to motorway

Luckily we were leaving early and arrived for breakfast at 7am, a large group of people on a coach tour all arrived together soon afterwards and despite having a separate seating area allocated to them they inevitably crowded the buffet tables and had to form a very long queue all across the room. We stayed on a Sunday night, the hotel restaurant and the nearby shopping centre were both closed.
