I liked that the room was cozy and it had everything that was needed for a good night sleep. Also, the kitchen was comfortable, it had a fridge, kettle and the tools that could be used to tidy it up. The lady that was at the registration was really nice, she went all the way to show where the flat was. That was nice of her. The flat was clean and well-kept.

I did not like that in the room close to me the people late at night were making noise, it made it difficult to fall asleep. It was quite difficult to work the other day. The people in the other room were speaking loudly, put some music on, and eventually I managed to fall asleep at 3 o'clock in the morning. The walls are thin. It should be included in the rules that people should not make noise after a certain time at night. And it would be great to be able to contact someone who could make the people stop the noise.

Apartment had its own large bathroom and shared kitchen with one other apartment. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was about a 30 min walk from old town which wasn’t that great when walking Camino however we also had a 3km head start as trail went right past apartment. The lady who greeted us and showed us into the apartment was really nice and helpful.

Location was good for a longer stay but would have preferred closer to old town for just one night. This was my error for not checking though

Apartment, so small kitchen attached with all facilities - very good for Camino walkers only 200m away - plenty of cheap food around given it is a university area - washing machine was a bonus but couldn't get it to work - probably too few clothes i.e. less than 1 kilo.

The living room wasn't accessible and they were not able to tell me how many others I would be sharing with as it was a shared bathroom. I was alone there but at about 11 p.m. or midnight someone else arrived. That felt a bit strange as normally you know who you might meet in the dark on the way to the bathroom. Otherwise very good stay.

The woman working at reception on Sunday when we arrived was fantastic! She exceeded our expectations, provided detailed information on finding certain businesses and sights, explain not only facilities but was very help explaining how to forward our bags while we hiked the nearly 500 mile the Camino Santiago.

I did not that instructions were not provided to operate la washing machine located at the kitchen.

We booked this room at the very last moment, while walking on Camino frances from Roncesvalles to Pamplona. It is pretty close to the Camino frances route but around 2 km from the city center. In the neighborhoud there are multiple restaurants. It also has balcony and a separate kitchen.

bathroom, I remember the shower as quite small.

My room has a full living room and a large balcony. It's like a suite in a hotel. The reason why I give it a 10 is because of the value for your money and the quality of the place. It's much more functional than a hotel room and with such bang for your buck. I could not believe it. The front desk staff, Christina, was so helpful and kind. This is a fantastic stop for your Camino journey.

Christina the concierge is the best concierge that I have ever encountered over 12 years of visiting Pamplona in many different establishments. She helped me out on issues about telephones, baggage transport as well as insuring I had the best possible accommodation Olga could offer. She made my 6 day stay here perfect.

Really lovely room in a shared apartment, You share kitchen and bathroom. Beds were lovely to sleep in and the room was quiet. The people who ran the place were very helpful and there are some good places to eat near by or a small supermarket by the petrol station. Transport is good, bus stop very close by.

Ample wardrobe with plentiful hangers. Nice bedding, second most comfortable bed all month, and nice window for good ventilation. The gentleman at the desk was friendly and helpful. He did his best to answer my questions, showed me things on the map which was provided by the apartment and helped me figure out what buses to take to get back to the train when I left. He even took me to my room and carried one of my bags. That's exceptional service.

Not convenient to the train station. Of course, the train station is downhill and across the river, but I don't think most people come here by train. I couldn't get any hot water, but there was plenty of toilet paper and a nice quality towel. My door was really squeaky, and I could hear my neighbors through the wall. You should probably tell visitors since the guy at reception didn't know this but most things in Pamplona are closed on Mondays, which was when I was there.

The room was perfect. It was big and had a lot of light and a balcony. It was very clean, comfortable and the staff was very nice. Also the check-in instructions were greatly explained.

There was no shampoo or gel. The doors were a bit noisy as they are old.
