The location was great, it is very convenient to have an unloading parking at the door for 15 min. The self check-in process with a code to open the hotel door and the room door is great when you arrive late to the hotel. Very clear instructions about everything sent on whatsapp. The bathroom was fully renovated.

The only downside, a bit of noise from the cars in the street, since it's located on a busy avenue.

Convenient location. Room on small side but perfectly adequate. Comfortable bed. Most importantly multiple electrical plugs which many hotels fail with.

Slightly odd and clunky online checkin procedure (reception not fully staffed all day) but it worked. Few steps to the lift are inconvenient but clearly advised of this feature when booking.

The confort and size of the room and bathroom

It is surprising to almost not seeing anyone (staff) throughout the stay as they have the entire process of check in online and no checkout needed. They send all the instructions before hand by text

Perfect location, 5min walk into the craziness of San Fermin but far enough that it was quiet at night. Watched parade of giants from balcony which was really cool. Check in was super easy with a message for room number and building entry code prior to arrival.

No complaints.

The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The room had a very nice, big shower, as well as air conditioning. They also had a breakfast in the morning for additional if you wanted it.

Be sure to check-in in advance so that they can send you an entry code. There isn’t always someone in the entry area to let you in if you show up during midday. This wasn’t a problem for me, but it’s worth noting for other people on the Camino.

Had parking was very central in the city. 15 minutes walk to Old Town. Room small but very comfortable. No keys if you do online check in you are given codes for front door and room entry. Very helpful re restaurant recommendations.

Room was rather small

Good rooms with private baths. Excellent breakfast for 11 Euros. Staff went out of their way to meet our needs. When the light in the bathroom failed they gave us a new room!

Pretty much everything! Nice staff - Victoria was awesome! Clean room, nice shower (rain shower didn’t work and refrigerator wasn’t cold) but good

They charged a lot for a single in night 2, €80 for a double, 2nd night was €89 for a single

first of all the location was in heart of the city when u can find everything starting from supermarket to nightclub . the house was clean with everything u need in your appartament with a nice balcony with city and sea view. 💯 Last but not least is about Fernando very patient guy who was waiting for me downstairs for more then 2 hours and still with a smile on his face . very nice and friendly guy . I hope I’ll be back for the summer again 🙏

Our host was brilliant. He gave us lists of good information ie things to see, how and where to catch the bus etc. The bus stop was outside our door. It was quiet
