Enjoyed staying here very much. The room was in an apartment with shared kitchen. I had loads of room, the bed was comfortable, and the room bright and airy. The staff were really very friendly and helpful, I cannot ay enough good about that place really. Location is excellent t too with restaurants and supermarket nearby, and 10 minutes walk to the old town. Exceptional value too. Highly recommended.

It was close enough to the university, citadel, and old city to walk everywhere. The room was clean. Wifi worked well. Restaurants nearby offered good food at decent prices. Shared kitchen and living room were nice, but we did not use them. Laundry machine in kitchen!

We rented one of three rooms in a four-bedroom apartment that shared a bathroom. One or the other of those rooms had guests each night, so we were sharing the bathroom with strangers. That was not really a problem because we were in town to spend time with friends at an academic conference. The fourth bedroom had a private bathroom.

Master key for rooms and main door, that means I couldn't leave my valuables in the room as I knew anyone could enter. It should have individual keys for each room

I had a wonderful time, I strongly recommend the place. It is very close to the center and the Camino route. There is a cafe bar next to the reception where the owner is a lovely lady and serves best food I had in Pamplona. There is a park close, too. I loved it!

We were reached Pamplona around 6.15pm, which was out of office hours. The reception person has called me through phone and informed me about the checkin process and she messaged me, that's really much appreciated.

We were little confused how to enter the building,that we didn't know there was a sensor key attached in the key chain 😔. Please add that in the checkin information.

no need to have daily cleaning. So we did pass on this. Also, please check the leaking water in the toilet. Slowly but surely you will loose money bc the water is seepling. Only if you stay there you will notice. A soap holder in the shower would be handy :)

Close to the Camino. Frida Cafe nearby. Wok to Walk restaurant was very good and close to property. Also liked having a kitchen.

Not a big issue : kitchen faucet missing screen so water will come out properly instead of spraying all over.

My room door lock needs servicing, sometimes I thought it had locked, but it hadn't. You had to make sure and it was OK. No instructions for oven, had digital display, wasn't clear how to operate hob.

Good value for money and comfortable. I arrived outside the open hours so I got my key from a lockbox. The instructions were shared on WhatsApp and were very clear and easy to follow. The room is in a apartment, so there's a kitchen available and a balcony to enjoy. Being in an apartment with strangers was a little weird, but they were respectful and quiet so it went well. The cleaners came every day and the bathroom and the rest of the space was very clean.
