Warm, friendly, efficient and very helpful receptionists,. The cleaning ladies were also very helpful and sympathetic because I had a bad injury from the camino. Anything I asked for including enquiring about local clinics, booking taxis, more towels, pillows, and drinking water etc was done with genuine care. Everything in the room was perfect for the condition I had, it shows it is so important to have a 24/7 reception rather than self check in. The hotel was 50m away from the main square with cafes, pharmacy, little grocery shops etc close by. My room was at the back so no noise. Lifts to help me get to 2nd floor. Lovely decoration, marble floors, quiet cool lobby overlooking street, wide space for toiletries around sink, bath, TV, kettle, mini fridge in room. Little extras I bathroom Everything to make my stay more comfortable in a bad situation after a fall.Lovely breakfast for €13 extra and Michelin star restaurant if you choose to go. I will definitely stay her again. 🤗

Perfect Location, perfect room, lovely and friendly staff. the hotel is almost perfect. The room, the bathroom, beds, everything was great. I would come back but I won't because of the noise from outside....

The noise outside would be not the worst thing, if the windows would be high-class windows. The windows are not that bad, but there is a gap between the wall and the windows. through this noise is getting into the room. I recommend to close the gap around the frame with a isolating foam or something similar. Then it would be 10 from 10.

Located right in the centre, with rated bars literally on the door step. Hotel was clean and tidy . Staff were nice, though 1 female on reception was somewhat miserable. Good breakfast, though the selection was not extensive, the quality was good and not over priced

There are steps upto the hotel, more down then up to access the lift then more again to other rooms. Not very suitable for those with mobility issues. The car park is a public one , nearby but with narrow access. Our mid size suv took some care to negotiate the ramps and bay. I accidentally booked a room with no window. This in the end was not an issue. The room had an a widow opening onto the internal ventilation shaft, common in older Spanish buildings. For a couple of nights we found this was no problem.

The location was exceptional, twenty steps away from Plaza del Castillo and everything you need. Breakfast was available but I chose not to have it. The room was perfect for what I needed, clean and spacious considering it was a single room. I loved staying here and would rebook in a heartbeat! The staff were outstanding. I had an issue with my passport and they went above and beyond to help me resolve the problem, taking hours of their time voluntarily. I really appreciated their help.

Great location, very pleasant staff. Breakfast was excellent. It's a buzzing area but the double glazing did an amazing job keeping the room quiet. We would stop again.

The door stop in the bathroom! I'd just walked nearly 100k unscathed but the door stop got my toe good and proper. :)

Great location at the Plaza del Castillo and C. de Estafeta with lots of good restaurants. Walking distance to everything in the old section. Room was compact but acceptable, with a good roomy shower. Breakfast selections were good.

The room I was originally given had a noticeable smoking smell. When I brought it to their attention, they quickly gave me another room, so it was not a problem. However, I was surprised that housekeeping had not noticed it.

The location could not be any better, less than one minute walk to Plaza del Castillo. Clean, modern, great facilities and atmosphere. The room was on the small side but very comfortable. I was a solo traveller so it was great for me.

The room had only a small window at the top of the wall overlooking the interior of the building. This made it a bit claustrophobic. It was not a problem for me, but it may be for other people.

Breakfast looked weak - did not eat it. I asked the hotel to order me a cab for a pickup at a certain time, which didn't come. They called again. Also, and I did ask about this, the front desk should know that if you order a cab for the train station, the cab charges a big fee - Normal fare is 8.55 euros, cab upcharges to 12.95 euros.

Great hotel for a stop-over on the Camino. Located just off the main square with plenty of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Room was spacious enough(even though i booked an xs one), was clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly. I didnt get breakfast there so can't comment on that. Overall great value for money and would definitely recommend if staying in Pamplona

Parking is a bit of a nightmare! You have to get a permit from the hotel if you can find somewhere to temporarily park! Then you have to go to private residence car park and flash said card several times to get to the spaces! Ok once you’ve done it!
