The beds, the shower, and the towels were awesome. The blackout curtains in the room worked great. The staff respected the do not disturb sign and didn’t try to clean the room or force me out before I was ready.

This hotel was billed as being a short way off the Camino de Santiago. That was a stretch, as it was a 2km walk (and 2km back in the morning) from Zizur Menor and then was an additional walk to groceries or restaurants, as the hotel lists they have a restaurant on site, except they don’t mention it’s not open on Sundays.

We have bikes so very easy to get to the hotel. Staff were very welcoming and room exactly as described. Clean and airy. We even were given hot water when we requested as no kettle in the room. The breakfast was FAB…. And had gluten free bread and cake🥰. Bikes stored safely in an office at the back of the hotel…. And 10 mins onto the Camino…. If you have a bike go on the road over the hill!

Lovely staff, very helpful. it's a typical comfortable 4 star hotel and provides a comfortable experience. Massive room with its own seating area.

No bar before 5pm which isn't great when you are a walker. The Bar is also the restaurant at night and a bit soulless.

The staff has been incredible: both the girl at the checkin and the guy at the night shift: they supported me recovering my bike and giving me extra service (as the breakfast staff even if I left at 4:00 am).

The staff was nice and always willing to help. The atmosphere was very relaxing, and the facilities were utterly clean.

It’s plain to see that the staff was not enough, and if things go well is simply because they go beyond duty. It was conspicuous, specially, at breakfast time

I thought it was much closer to actual Pamplona but apparently it’s like a little suburb of the actual city. Naming convention was strange so it’s probably just a cultural mistranslation on my part

The restaurant was not great - perhaps because most people eat in town. The food was pretty unappetising.

The third hotel I have used in Pamplona, not in the center, but I had a car. Definitely my favorite so far, clean and spacious, very comfortable, A+++

it's not really a dislike but just to be aware...just have to walk about 20 mins to get food
