The hotel is OK, 15-20 minutes to the city center with bus. A lot of restaurants in the visinity. Very good coffe in the cafeteria.

We had dogs with us so the park directly in front of the hotel was a real bonus. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the old town, but there are a number of restaurants close by. The staff were brilliant and really friendly, the hotel was clean and modern. We didn’t use the restaurant as we had the dogs with us so I can’t comment on that.

The only issue we had was our room was at the top of a flight of stairs and close to the lift so it was quite noisy when people were coming and going and the sound proofing between the next room was not brilliant. No kettle provided by default although you could get one if you asked at reception.

Easily one of the best hotels I have stayed in and certainly the best on our recent four week trip to Ireland France and Spain. Hotel staff were welcoming and helpful and friendly on arrival. The hotel is situated in a great position 15 metres from a beautiful park so if you are travelling with dogs which are allowed at the hotel it is perfect. The staff gave us a room overlooking the park with a small balcony too.The cafeteria attached to the hotel is fabulous so reasonably priced serving virtually all day with various breakfast options and evening meal menus at incredibly reasonable prices. A lovely sandwich selection too and lovely wine options

Location - it is opposite a lovely park, but 25 minutes walk to the old town. Staff on reception, cleaners and breakfast room were all lovely, polite and very helpful. I extended my stay twice and I was told to extend my room key too without having to wait until it failed. The air-conditioning in the room was fabulous, very cold (as I like it, but adjustable) and quite quiet and remained on for the duration of my stay. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good - fresh fruit, pastries, various breads, good selection of meat and cheese, fresh tasting scrambled eggs and bacon Bathroom had a great powerful, hot shower which didn't go all over the floor. Underground parking garage is spacious and spaces easy to park in

Bathroom window didn't open and there wasn't a fan so the heat /moisture didn't dissipate. The hotel is huge and like a maze - my bedroom was a very long walk from the lifts which was annoying with heavy baggage and when you forget something and have to go back. The bathroom would benefit from having a bit more light but that is being picky.

You’re about a 30 minute walk from either the bus or the train station and about a 25 minute walk into the heart of the city. But there are a couple of beautiful parks along the way. The staff were very nice; you get a fob to workout at a nearby gym which was a bonus for me. The breakfast buffet was excellent; the room was comfy.

Walls are a bit thin but not a show stopper by any stretch.

It was easy to find my room. It was very clean and tidy, and it was quiet.

On arrival I was told that the parking area might be very busy and it would be better to park in the street. Surely the parking area is busy if the hotel is busy. This comment comes up a lot. Maybe the hotel should declare the parking area is private and that parking is only on the street. The good side of this is that it was very cheap to park on the street, and I was lucky to get a space opposite the main entrance. They were surprised I had a dog! I did notify them about parking, and my dog and I also got confirmation from them. 15 euro it cost for my dog for one night, it is 10 euros for each succesive night.

The receptionist was very pleasant and smiley. The beds were very comfortable, we had good night sleep

There was strong smell of cleaning products in the room. We had to open windows to air it out a little before sleep. It was tad out of centre, good 30 mins walk from the pintxos bars etc. We were good for it, but it might be consideration for some.
