Check in was a breeze. Room had a bath which was very welcome after a 13 mile hike that day. Hotel also offered washers and dryers in a covered area right next to an outside bar area. Perfect place for enjoying a drink, doing laundry, and meeting fellow Pilgrims!!

The Hotel is virtually the very first thing you come upon when enter Puenta La Reina. The downtown area is about 1 km walk away. After walking 22km that day, another walk to/from the hotel was not great. We did it anyway. Once again I think that breakfast should be included with your stay.

Clean and comfortable hotel with very good facilties. You can even do yoga and have a massage especially useful for Camino pilgrims. Lovely dinner in the hotel restaurant with beautiful fresh and tasty food along with. a helpful and very friendly young man who works in there ( apologies, we didn't get his name). Lounge seating areas and a very nice bar which also serves coffee and light breakfast items if you do not want the full buffet breakfast.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very cute, like a treehouse. The size was relatively small, but adequate. They showed us where we could park for 2 days and held the bulk of our luggage while we hiked the Camino.

Our room was above a bar, which stayed open quite late. Also, there was a wedding at the venue next door (not the hotel's fault) that was very loud until 2:00 a.m. We had to get up early and hike all day, so that was a bit challenging. The buffet breakfast was quite expensive (15 E) and very basic.

Clean and comfortable room. Aircon worked and was quiet. Skylight, but not window. TV, but only Spanish language channels. I think the price was fair value. Reception staff helpful and spoke good English.

Dinner was acceptable but not great. Waiter was not very helpful. Small irritations with room (grubby skylight, awkward shower shield, insufficient lighting)

This is the first property when you enter Puenta La Reina off the Camino - which is great after a long walk! Staff were very welcoming and the hotel was very modern and fresh. A really great place to rest up for the next day’s walk!

I thought the dinner and breakfast buffets were kind of pricey for what you got. Also, they sat me by myself at dinner and when I moved to a table with friends, the waiter got very upset. I’m not sure why - it was weird.

Checkin was easy and with the restaurant onsite, we added the menu del dia and breakfast options. Our room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, a nice bathtub and there is a bar on property. The breakfast offering is simple with a little bit of variety, fresh fruit and good coffee. Very convenient to the Camino.

The dinner options for the later dinner service were out of stock so there was limited selection and it was just ok.

Oasis on the Camino from Pamplona to Puenta La Reina. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this Hotel. Both times the staff were professional and efficient, the meals delicious and the rooms comfortable and well appointed. Last time we stayed in the treehouse suite which was great fun. This time a room with two twin beds.

We arrived on foot for a welcome treat whilst on the Camino. The garden and the bar were a highlight, especially with Bruno, the helpful and friendly barman. He really is a gem. The staff on reception were also helpful and friendly and our room was lovely. Having our own kettle for teas and coffee and a bath was perfect for Camino walkers! Also worth noting that Puerta la Reina is a charming town :)

We were put off eating in the restaurant due to the bad reviews so cannot comment.

Right of the Camino path, comfortable beds, good heating in rooms and lots of places to gather (bar, restaurant, lounge areas). The staff at the reception was really nice and helpful.

Things from the buffet would run out and it was being left empty until we asked. Also one of the waitresses in the restaurant was a little grumpy and would be very short with us (even in Spanish).

Convenient location right on the Camino. Our room although spacious had a very slanted roof so was difficult to use half of the room. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The pilgrim Dinner Menu was very good value and the staff were courteous throughout.

Bedroom and bathroom look old and could do with updating.
