The room was alright: clean, reasonably spacious. Comfortable bed, large and comfortable working desk, good WiFi quality. Haven't heard any particular noise from other rooms. Public street parking in the yard (orange parking zone) turned out to be quite economic, with no restrictions for non-residents. ~30 mins walk to the downtown through nice and safe neighborhoods and an old star fortress. I liked it all, and it felt much better than I was expecting after reading some reviews about this residence on Booking com, and especially on Google.Maps, especially considering their very reasonable price, favorably comparing to other accommodations available in the city.

The room was clean and complete, in a minimum sense of the way. It is essentially a student building (with a common room and kitchen facilities at the ground floor). Personally I liked that vibe, even though it was noisy until late in the night. Lots of F&B around.

My room was under the roof. It rained heavily making it difficult to sleep. The window also leaked. No tv, water boiler etc (though there are facilities at the ground floor). 20 mts walk to the town center.

The neighborhood was full of cafes, bars, and supermarkets, making it easy to grab something. The room was more spacious than I expected based on the pictures, with a big and comfortable bed and a good-size bathroom. It takes over 30 minutes to walk to the city center, but there are bus stops nearby, making it easy to reach in about 15-20 minutes.

Thin walls; you can hear everyone passing by in the corridor and the housekeeping activities in nearby rooms.

The room was very spacious and quiet, the single bed very comfortable, the bathroom worthy of a former luxury hotel even if the toilet flush did not work properly.

The location was slightly distant from the city centre (about 1.5 km) but nevertheless a walk to avoid the means of transport and walk a little was fine. The toilet flush unfortunately did not worked properly. The price (80€ one night one person) is slightly high, but if you consider I stayed during the San Fermin festival, it is understandable.

Great location for walking to the city centre; Also lots of shops and businesses surrounding. (Although quite a few local business owners simply refuse to serve you if you can't speak Spanish!) There is a fantastic common room area with giant TV (hundreds of channels and netflix) and a great little one-euro coffee machine - as well as a professional kitchen to cook your own meals on ground level. The staff! So friendly and helpful and welcoming! Thank you team

A little noisy when inconsiderate guests are leaving early... but that seems to be everywhere now. A pandemic!

Spacious, comfortable, clean, good location.

Lack of amenities (no hair dryer, no kettle, no TV, etc.). The parking was good, but you have to ring the bell every time you enter or exit. On several occasions, there was no one at reception, so we had to wait quite a while.

There was breakfast? I didn't know but I saw there were lots of plates and mugs in the common room as well as games so I thought that was really cool. I also really liked the energy saving system with the card insert.

It was just that the host wasn't there when I first got there and the lobby was so hot and it was burning outside so I was waiting almost 20 min. The curtain also had some big red stains on it, hopefully it was food. And there was no conditioner or soap in the bathroom.

Felt very new and freshly decorated to an above-average standard. Bedroom very bright with comfortable bed, table, chair, fridge and big wardrobe. Air conditioning excellent. Lots of grocery stores, cafes, bars and restaurants close at hand.

Nothing. About 20 minutes walk from Plaza Castillo.

Location is excellent. very well connected by bus. clean rooms with private bathroom is a great thing.

There is no way a guest can heat up meal in a common cafeteria because it’s a student’s facility. there is no Microwave or kettle in the room so it’s little irritating not being able make your own coffee in the morning.

Private room with bathroom for solo traveller, bed was comfortable.

A/C was not cold. The outside temperature was lower, so I kept the window opened the whole time. But I was on the first floor so there was some noise. And mosquitoes.
