The room is clean, the hotel in general is well-maintained, and the staffs are helpful and friendly. I really like the room. The design was thoughtful. The choice of food at breakfast makes me happy. Varieties of bread and sweet stuffs come in plenty. They will make you sandwiches and cotton candy. There's cheese, yogurt, indomie, jamu, kebab, soto, bubur... I was all smiles during breakfast. We got a deal for the family room for three persons and breakfast was also for three persons. The location is in the city so if you need to go to places in the city it's a perfect fit.

Well, the location is in the city, so there isn't really much of a green environment. The swimming pool is a bit small. The parking area in the basement is not adequate, so we parked at a designated area across a neighboring hotel. Also the noise from across the hallway and the street traffic comes through.

I am always impressed with the hospitality of hotels in Indonesia, but I thought that Aston Pasteur pushed it up to another level. My peers and I were so impressed with particularly the staff at the hotel. Something is done right, I believe. The staff is top notch professional. All of them (not one or two) are serving guests from their hearts. The breakfast spread is impressive. You have a free flowing fresh juice bar. And there are staff walking around asking guests if they would like some omelette. The location to me is great! It is in a quiet area, not busy as the shopping districts but at the same not far from tourist attractions (with transportation). But if you ask me. What makes this hotel special. I would say again and again- it is the staff. (We checked in into a hotel in Jakarta, after Aston, and we felt neglected. That is how much the staff at Aston has pampered us. 1. EXCELLENT customer service from all staff across all departments. Extremely polite, accommodating & professional. 2. Rooms were spacious and clean. Housekeeping team did an amazingly thorough job of keeping the room spick & span on a daily basis. 3. Breakfast spread was simply incredible. Beautiful setup with great choices and options for all ages.

Of the 3 elevators in the main lobby that serviced all floors, only 2 were working throughout our 5-night stay, which made the waiting time really long.

Hotel location in Bandung was very good - on the main road but a bit away from city bustle. Very close to a nice mall where we went for dinner in the night we arrived from Jakarta. The hotel is also a short taxi ride from the Bandung railway station from where we travelled to the hotel. The room (family room) was excellent with two beds - one large & one single for our comfortable stay with family (my wife & son). The breakfast spread was very good. The bathroom was spacious & good. The room had a nice view of the road outside.

There is an opaque glass wall between bathroom & room that could be eliminated or at least an extra curtain can be provided over that.

Our stay at this spacious, immaculate hotel was fantastic. The staff were exceptional, making our early morning check-in smooth and welcoming. The breakfast buffet offered an extensive selection, catering to all tastes. Our room was both clean and roomy, with outstanding housekeeping services. The hotel's location is conveniently close to a mall, making it easy to catch a taxi or explore the area. Thank you for a wonderful experience; we loved our stay!

The food is so delicious I had a lamb curried fried rice, the room is really nice and good value for the money. The staffs are helpful, attentive and friendly. The room and environment are clean and smells nice. The view is nice too, we got a good one overlooking the street and views of the part of Bandung.

I had none. Since I don't have certain expectations during the stay, but it was really comfortable. I had a good night sleep and the food for room service was really delicious beyond my expectations. The room was a bit, well, enough for the price I pay but not so bad. Overall, I'm satisfied with our stay here at ASTON. Be it I don't experience facilities such as Gym and Spas. The Jacuzzi was not available at that time (during the weekends or weekdays I forgot), but no problem with it.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was extensive, we enjoyed everything we tried. We had laundry done, it was quick and very reasonable. Welcome snacks in the room were a nice touch!

We had a corner room with lots of windows. Road noise in the evening was concerning, but we didn’t have trouble sleeping with the curtains closed.

The breakfast was superb!! I really love the breakfast spread at this hotel. Taste was really good. They even have sandwich corner where you can order sandwich to your liking. But the next day they changed the sandwich corner to bread toast. I managed to get their specialty "Roti Bakar Bandung" which is very delicious. And for the kids corner, they even have yogurt ice cream with strawberry syrup topping, candies spread, and cotton candy!! They served cotton candy upon request. The kids really enjoy the breakfast here.

We stayed at level 10 and surprisingly they were mosquitoes in the room. However the problem solved as the next day we requested some mosquito spray. And we can sleep soundly on the following night.

Family room really occupied my family! Super spacious and beds are big. Staffs are great too! Water pressure and hot water works really well.

Pillows quality can be improved Aircon was too cold and not sure if it can be adjusted (I changed it to 26 and still very cold) Elevators are quite old and the capacity aren't that big.

It took about 15-20 min up and down the floor as lifts are not enough. On Dec 26, I was waiting for more than 20 min to wait the lift to the ground level for check out. Eventually, I saw more than 10 customers walked down the stairs through the emergency stairs, and I also followed this route for exit because the lift never stop at 3rd floor after more than 20 min waiting. It is always long queue in front of the lifts.
