The hotel reservation includes breakfast and dinner. I though it might be boring and have the same things everyday, but it's not. It's always varied, with a lot of options for everyone. Staff is super-friendly. The room was big and super clean. I loved it that it's small kind of villas next to each other with a beeautiful garden around it. It has a salt water pool (one for adults and another one for kids) and a great view over a cliff. One can have access to the ocean through some stairs directly from the hotel. The closest beach is 10 minutes away. I would recommend renting a car in Formentera to discover all the wonderful beaches. The hotel was really a nice setting for us, a family with kids. But was also perfect for friends travelling together or couples.

At lunch time, if you stay in the hotel, there's a bar by the pool, where they serve meals and light options, which is great. However, it could be open longer, like all afternoon, if someone wants to grab a bite in the midle of the afternoon. Dinner only starts at 8pm. That's the only improvement I could think of.

I liked the view, the calm, it’s perfect to rest and the fact that although being a quite modest hotel, it was clean, but the hotel’s biggest asset is its staff !!! Alway available and efficient when something was requested, the needful was done ASAP. Staff was nice even though one could see it wasn’t easy especially in the restaurant, they were always efficient and nice. The choice offered for breakfast and dinner was really appreciated too. It’s a great value for money. thank you to the staff !

The quality of food quite average with no taste...cause all it takes is spices guys... Also, in order to avoid long queues at the grill area, it would be better to grill the food without waiting for each and everyone to give their order... Everyone queuing is OBVIOUSLY going to have fish or meat for dinner OR bacon and eggs in the morning. just cook them already so we don't have to wait 30 minutes for a fish or some bacon please .... it's a pointless waste of time...

This hotel was probably the best one ever!! The staff was amazing, the location was suberb. I could not recommend enough this hotel and I will definitely come back. I never seen so much food variety and so good quality, the food was super delicious (despite sometimes a bit salty). What a perfect location to observe sunsets and sunrises. Nothing to complain really! Was perfect and it only made harder going back to reality after this experience. They also have beach towels and beach "umbrellas" in case you need.

The room could have more bins; The food could be less salty! It would be nice having a water foutain to refill water bottles in the commonal areas of the hotel.

When we arrived, we received an upgrade and complementary bottle of Cava! Which is a very nice gesture from the hotel. Rooms were enough- clean and comfortable. Yes, a bit outdated but nothing was broken or dirty. Our room and towels were cleaned everyday. There is a small fridge in the room and that's about it. The view from the hotel and the garden is the best on the island. Also the beach in Es Pujols is the best so you do not really need to travel over the island.

The timing of the dinner: Starts at 20:00 and is quite heavy fried and repetitive. Breakfast is again full of sweets and heavy options. I wish to see more fruits and salads.

appreciated being upgraded. breakfast and dinner (although dinner late for me personally) were excellent and plenty of variety to suit majority of residents. nice environment to eat in too and well laid out, either inside or outside. coffee options excellent and good in flavour. quite a few solo travellers, like myself, so naturally we were able to communicate in conversation. views were amazing and the local beach was about 10 minutes walk away on large stones. it would be helpful for reception staff to tell you about local beach and then physically show you where the entrance to the walk was situated! beach was beautiful and the boardwalk, and I swam every day of my stay in the clear warm water.

nothing really. I asked beforehand to give me directions from the ferry, and it would have been helpful to recommend a taxi and state the approximate price, which is only about 20euros!

Beautiful, quiet location. The view across the water to Ibiza is absolutely stunning. Lovely bar, staff throughout the hotel, friendly and attentive. Came away feeling chilled and relaxed. Would definitely return…..

While the room was comfortable and clean, the decor is a little tired and dated - maybe time for spruce up in the near future.

Amazing beautiful views, great pool, modern and clean restaurant and pool areas, friendly stuff, the territory of hotel is spacious with lovely gardens, very relaxing atmosphere in general.

The breakfast buffet had a very poor choice, basics things like scramble eggs or sausages were not there. Queuing up for half an hour for a basic fried egg and a bacon was not ideal.

I had such a nice stay. The place is like a little village, with amazing views onto Ibiza. Also, since the flats are in little individual houses, you can’t hear the neighbours. It’s so quiet. The staff are very friendly too. Would happily stay there again

Would have liked a kettle, but that’s a detail. The fridge was already great to have.

The location is perfect and the view from the restaurant and pool is out of this world, we were blown away! We had lunch, dinner and breakfast and couldn't fault anything. Also the cocktails in the pool bar were amazing!

The rooms are maybe a little "tired" in decor but we had a triple room which had plenty of space and a beautiful big terrace with sea views so overall, really really good!
