4th floor over looking the pool and the Gulf of Thailand. The Hotel was perfect. I've been to a lot of places in my time. This places from the front of the house to the back of the house staff. To Notch. Everything perfect. Great WiFi smart TV so I could watch Netflix. Pool is huge and super clean like the rooms. Loved the elevator. 1.50 USD to crab market and Kep beach. Walking distant to ABA banking machine. Sound proof rooms.. Air Con was perfect I have rebooked again. Heads up,I live in Kep and have stayed at a few places. Being all over Cambodia. This is the nicest place that I've ever stayed at for what you get and what you pay. Don't waste your time going to other places, this is the place.

I like everything about this place

It was an amazing hotel that was clean and modern. The pool was lovely and the food was fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Hang Channy, the general manager, was brilliant. He couldn't do enough for us and continually checked that we were happy with everything. If the pool area had a bar with a seating area, then the hotel would be perfect. And music would help with the atmosphere. A tuk tuk is easily organised by the staff, which is only $5 return to the beach or crab market. So travellers should factor in $5-10 for 1 or 2 daily trips to town.

A beautiful hotel with large beautiful rooms,lovely big comfy beds, and excellent air conditioning. Everywhere was so clean( the grounds man cleaning leaves from the pool 3 x times a day ). The pool is massive and so refreshing in the heat. The staff from the management to the waiters and ground staff were so polite and friendly. I can not praise the hotel enough and definitely recommend it, I can't wait to return. There are no negatives, only positives. Well done and keep up the good work

Excellent hotel, modern with modern furniture, clean, we were provided with a third bed for a child without payment, and also connected to a sauna and we could relax. The hotel has a buffet for breakfast.

You need to come early for breakfast, because you might not have time to take something, and the dishes are not updated. And in the glass jars instead of juice there was water with ice, because everyone drank it.

We loved the huge suite, was so nice to relax in the lounge area. Huge comfortable bed, hot water and great shower pressure. Lovely pool area. Just need a few more sun loungers. Good breakfast selections. The staff are so friendly especially the manager he spoke very good English. Lovely French deli within walking distance. You do need a scooter to get around it’s $6 per day. A tuk tuk from the bus station is $3 to the hotel so makes sense to have a scooter for the days.

This is a lovely hotel with a beautiful pool and extremely helpful staff. The suite we stayed in was fantastic one of the best accommodations we have chosen in Cambodia. It's location is a little further out than normal, but it was a 15 min walk to harbour and restaurants so pleasant and there was local transport avaliable to go into the heart of Kep. The Manager went out of his way to help us and booked our train to Sihanoukvile for us and took us to the train station. I would definitely stay again.

This hotel is massively underrated and a hidden gem - go check it out! Wow!! We were blown away by the cleanliness, the hospitality and the overall beauty of this property. The location was easy to find using GPS. It’s not on a main road which added to the tranquility. Such a calm & peaceful space to just unwind from the crazy city. We stayed for 3 amazing nights and everyday was like a breath of fresh air. It’s definitely off the beaten track, but a short 5 min walk to the main road. You would need some sort of vehicle or bike for convenience. A relaxing swimming pool was such a welcoming treat everyday. We always felt like we were far-far away! If you looking for tranquility & privacy, then this is definitely it! The charm of this place is definitely the hands-on manager and all the staff, all super friendly and extended their hospitality to us even though it was their national holidays. We always rate hotels on their people and not the small things, people makes a business - so Well Done & Thank you so much for your hospitality!!!

There is honestly nothing I can fault this place, nothing at all. Unfortunately one day the balcony light was left on, and we came back to our room swamped with bugs & mosquitoes, but that’s no fault of the hotel, we just sprayed the room and it was fine. So be sure to turn off all the lights before you leave as they entered under the sliding door. Also if you big on breakfast, then you should know it’s a simple Khmer style breakfast which was fine for us as we enjoyed it, especially hubby as he could eat as much as he liked!

Everything. Staff were fantastic, pool was great. Rooms were big, comfortable and spotless.

Nothing at all, it was brilliant. The road getting to it can be a big dark if you head back too late as it’s a little off the main road but this wasn’t an issue.

ol I did have one issue, had dinner there one night and with pizza on the menu, I ordered only to get served a very basic cheese pizza, nothing else on it. Apparently they order in from outside as they do not do anymore. every disappointed.

This hotel was absolutely amazing!! From the room, to the staff & all of the facilities!! Wow!! The room was so clean & a nice, big size!! Comfy bed!! The pool was huge & so great for a swim. Food was really good & on top of everything, the staff were so pleasant, helpful & kind!!

I know it will sound corny, but the only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't stay longer!!
