The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. The hotel was clean and smelled great. For location not to far from the action but far enough for quite at the end of the day.

The fees for early check. There should be no fees if room is ready.

It was close to everything and less than a five minute drive to the beach. The room and facilities were clean and smelled really good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but nothing special. It helped to not have to worry about looking for breakfast for me and the kids.

There were little things that I didn't like but not a deal breaker. The pool is kind of small for the size of the hotel. The water pressure in our room was so low, it made me hate taking a shower. The drain wasn't staying up we had to put a bar of soap to keep it up. The area for breakfast was small and would get backed up and crowded. The options were limited, with only the waffles being good. The walls are pretty thin, I could hear everything in the morning from upstairs and next to us. We also got noise complaints when we were just talking with the TV at a volume of 10. As I said, small issues but otherwise a good stay.

i love how close the beach is to us, plenty of nice restaurants & grocery stores nearby. the hotel smells nice and the ac works just fine. restrooms have plenty towels and restrooms is clean. fridge, microwave & coffee machine. lots of lamps n lights in the room. pretty view. bed is comfy so is the sofa bed.

the bathroom has some splash residues on the wall by the mirror. and the desk in the room under the tv had some dust. wish they would sweep the room while the guest is gone. we stayed on the 2nd floor and there was no ice machine on this floor. wish pool was open 24 hours (:

I like the closeness of the places we visited and the beach. It was clean and majority of the staff was very hospitable. Breakfast was delicious with various options.

Our room was on the first floor and walls were thin. You could hear people walking upstairs and people in the rooms next to us. The only downside I would say was that our room was located across from the ice dispenser machine. I honestly think there should be a door enclosing it because it’s loud and people are always getting ice at all hours of the day and night.

Front of house staff friendly the room was very clean the bed very comfortable .I'm pleased to report no dogs and no smoking smells that's what we asked for and this hotel delivered . Thank you Breakfast really enjoyed breakfast staff again very friendly

1 compliant at the front of house in many ways to greet your arrival and cant avoid even should you try is a white marker board that is use for Religious Text only Nothing else the Christen faith .This alone puts me off another visit stay at this particular hotel .This is something i might expect to see in a hotel in Saudi Arabia not in the USA

It was great

I left a note for the maid , that the bottom drawer on a side table won’t open. I didn’t care, but I didn’t want them thinking I did it and charge me. I left her 10.00 and asked for an extra towel. She left the towel and didn’t make the bed?? Maybe they don’t do that? They just change towels. Also I had one regular coffee, I used it the first day and she didn’t replace it. I enjoyed my stay it was nice and clean

The staff were absolutely amazing. They were very friendly and helpful since this was our first time in the area. The area was nice as it was secluded enough for quiet, but close enough that we didn't travel far for the beach.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like about it. If I had to say anything at all negative it would be just the distance to the beach for someone that might want to travel and be able to walk right on the beach.

The hotel always smelled so fresh and clean. Service was excellent and staff were always friendly and helpful. They really go above and behind to make sure your stay wonderful! Beds were sooo comfortable! 🥰 The breakfast was awesome too! They pretty much had anything to choose from.

the property was so clean and well maintained by all staff! I even saw the front desk manager mopping and cleaning throughout the stay. they were all very friendly and helpful. the pool was also a highlight of our stay. the beds are amazing and the rooms are HUGE

the only thing we can complain about is housekeeping. they don’t clean your room everyday even just new towels and trash. they come supposedly every other day for that but even then they just collected trash and gave towels. our beds and floors and bathroom was still not cleaned the whole time. we asked if we could get our floors at least swept from all the sand and they said we could do it ourselves. it was definitely different than the other housekeeping services we are used to in other hotels.

I really appreciated the property being well maintenanced and clean. The staff was friendly. Great location.

The breakfast could have been IMPROVED - GREATLY😐. It would have been nice to have more hot selections to choose from. Along with serving turkey products for those who do not eat pork, beef, etc.
