Location

There was a used dirty towel left in my room. After I shower I took one of the towels and wiped the water up off the floor. When I picked it up, it looked as though the floor was not mopped in weeks. Not good coming from someone who did housekeeping in the past. They need inspectors to inspect these rooms when the housekeepers are done. the bed was made very sloppy. It looked as though someone slept in my bed.

The staff were exceptional! It was clean, the breakfast was delicious.

I stayed in Rm. 305 and bathroom had a pocket door. The door did not fully close. It looked like it was thrown together. Screws were exposed, the caulking was a big blob on the seams. The instruction’s for the shower were incorrect and difficult to operate.

There was something going on in the room above us all night. Lots of banging. There would’ve a little break and we would fall asleep . Then more bangs and woke us up. We joked it was the Sleepless Inn. It did stop about 3:30am. I stood on the bed and banged back and told them to knock it off. We tried at midnight to call the front desk but the phone did not work

Breakfast was good, coffee was very good. Room was great. Staff was excellent.

Making a TV channel section left a lot to be desired. My husband & I were glad we were too tired to bother with it after 10 minutes searching for local news and weather channels.

I frequent the area .. and I stay at sleep inn whenever I'm passing through.. it's always a pleasure.. I would like to aknowlege a front desk employee.. Marquetta.. she is always helpful and goes beyond her duty.. Great attitude.. 10 out 10

Breakfast was good. Driving into the Inn is a little weird. Parking fine.

The shower design was cool. We had trouble with the toilet seat and not flushing every time. We reported it to front desk. Bed was comfortable. Price was good.

Front desk clerk was excellent , very helpful and friendly. Clean facility and extremely quiet .

Breakfast server was efficient but not a people person . No would individual servings of meat was available .

The front desk was very friendly they was so nice .The location was fine. The breakfast was good I enjoyed my stayed everything was clean and smells good when you come in the front door very welcoming people My room was great 👍🏽

The towels or so dingy looking I mean they looked grey even tho I bought my own .The clean up crew is the worst the attitude was terrible . Our toilets ran over making us have to use the towels to dry up all the water so we wanted the towels removed and they said we had to keep the towels until the next day I thought that was so nasty and then we left that morning left them outside the door in hallway came back that afternoon they still laying in the hallway

The walk-in shower and that you had conditioner as well as shampoo. All staff were friendly. Good breakfast options.

Would like to have had body wash in shower.

I like the fact that the staff called me after I left an item in the room after I checked out

I don't like the fact my room only had one mirror. I would be nice to have a full size mirror
