Very nice stay with comfortable beds and clean rooms. Staff at reception area is top notch and even remembers us from previous visits when we check in!

We were very disappointed in the morning breakfast again. It may not seem like a big issue, but it was so nice in earlier visits. This last visit my husband was in the b’fast area at 7:15 and the “hot” food trays had a small amount of food and it was cold, even with very few people in the dining area. It was unappealing and seemed like leftovers from the previous morning. The oatmeal pot was a very watery mixture and didn’t seem to have any texture to it. Hot coffee was empty and staff had to be told it needed to be refilled. We will continue to stay here for our monthly visits, but hope the breakfast offerings will be more appealing in the future.

Nothing, people yelling outside they were talking so loud the workers there, is a hotel , they have loud music and we were trying so sleep so horrible

The services of the people, they were really mean, breakfast on Sunday if was horrible, on Saturday it was ok but Sunday everything tasted old chilaquiles super old and dry, everything empty and I asked for more they were so mean people, it was our favorite hotel but no anymore

Location, perfect

Front desk service; I was trying to reach they to let they know that my check in was gonna be around 1-2 am, so I tried a lot of times; finally when y was able to reach they, they hangout the call; annoying; I tried again and they said me they put a note on my reservation that they are aware of my late check in; When I arrived (1:40am) they cancelled my reservation! We had a bad time; after some stuff they recalled this reservation!

I liked everything. The hotel is almost brand new, is big enough and it was always clean. The service was just perfect and another thing that I liked was the location, everything I needed was close to the hotel.

I would say that one thing that I did not like was probably the variety in the breakfast and the small amount of time given in order to go and take the food, probably 1 hour longer would be perfect.

Nice room

Breakfast items were not as well prepared or maintained in this last visit. Hit food weren’t hot and oatmeal was very watery. A bit disappointing in comparison to our many other stays. Also shuttle to airport not frequent enough to make use of it this past trip. We will continue to stay, though with our monthly trips through Hermosillo.

Something i didn't like is that the pool every time I stay the water is warm and this time we weren't able to use the pool because the heater was not working and the water was super cold very disappointing.

Facilities were very good. Staff was also very helpful and kind to all requests. Rooms were comfortable and clean, also quiet during nights.

Pool water temperature was a bit cold. Also, it would be useful to have a transport offered by the hotel for a short commute, such as, crossing the avenue to the mall.

Breakfast was good Rooms are clean The parking lot is safe, I had a good experience in this hotel staying with my family, I will come back !

I think they need to put more pillows but other than that everything was really good .

The gym was good, breakfast was good. it was clean.

The room had no windows and it felt stuffy. I think we had to leave the air on so it could circulate. did not like the fact it had no windows. the beds seemed small.

We had an early flight and our shuttle allowed us to bring a couple cold items on the van.

Distance of Hotel to the Airport was further away from our home Southwest of the Airport
