Revision staff ok and assisted us with parking the car.

No air conditioning as stated in my booking. When I asked, reception staff said it wasn't working and offered me a fan. Later I questioned why my booking said my room was air conditioned but is isn't she did it was under maintenance because September isn't hot enough to need air con. It was 26 that day. Our room was on the 4th floor with 3 windows facing west so when we initially got to our room it was like an oven.

Knowledgeable staff. The young lady responsible for breakfast did an exceptional job keeping the breakfast room clean and the food well stocked.

Coat hangers not easily accessible, placed about 2.5 m above the floor. Multiple remote controls for TV and instructions confusing. No channel guide in room.

Great value for money, so clean and comfortable. Great breakfast was included with our stay. Staff was welcoming and always ready to assist. We had one of our luggage go missing between our trip and the front desk staff were very helpful trying to get us in contact with the airline and assisted us in sorting this very stressful situation out. Highly recommend.

A bit dated

I only needed a clean and comfortable place to sleep for the night and that's what I got. The hotel is alittle old but everything was very clean and the breakfast was good.

Very nice hotel! Clean and tidy. Comfortable with a great breakfast! We got extremely valuable help as we had some car troubles and we do not speak Italian.

Breakfast was good but nothing exceptional We had to return to the hotel after leaving because they forgot to give us our passport back ....be careful this is happening very often in Italy because they keep your ID for 24 h

Easy walking from train station and into old town. Good size rooms

No ceiling fan or insect screens. No tea/coffee making facilities in room.

24hr reception which was a must as we arrived at 1am. Parking immediately outside the hotel and free. Great internet. Helpful staff

Not our first time here because location is ideal for us. The bed was super comfortable (I slept the whole night, very rare for me) and breakfast was superb.
