Great Location!! Everything is within walking distance. The staff were excellent and very helpful. They were patient with me in my broken French, and would help me to practice. (They speak English fluently). I want to say that her name was Leah, She was an ABSOLUTE a gem! She taught me how to catch the bus to the Museum of Art…and it was a cool adventure! 😍❤️ Hotel reception desk is on the 7th floor …..But it really isn’t a big deal. The restaurant downstairs gave me a table easily without reservations, and the food was excellent. The bar area is beautiful and sophisticated. The bartenders are very friendly. Drinks average around $15. I enjoyed the quietness of this hotel. It was definitely worth the price. My room looked just like the photos, and self parking is easily across the street. (This is a view from the room window)

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was spacious with both overhead and handheld options. The rectangular pool has seating all around and has a great view (the pool bar and balcony were closed for the winter). The location provides a one minute walk both to a public bus hub and the Old Quebec business district. The bar below the reception desk is a nice chill space to hang out in, with intimate lighting, quiet music allowing for conversation, sofas, rocking chairs, and a fire place.

Getting to and from your room is a journey. Up one elevator, through the lobby, down a long hallway, and then into a second elevator.

From the moment we saw the hotel from outside we were impressed, although no big foyer or entrance with the grandeur, the position was fabulous, and the Christmas vibe was beautiful. I thought i would ask if it was possible to have a christmas tree put in our room - didn't think it was likely to happen but they did and it bought a tear to my eye as i have dreamt of a white Christmas with my fmaily for many years and this was the cherry on top. Thank you Le Capitol for making one of my bucket lists items so special and a memory that will stay with me and my family forever.

the only thing that could have made it a little better/easier was to have a bigger fridge to hold some cold things for a quick bite to eat for breakfast or lunch so that we didn't have to eat out for every meal and some plates and cutlery and maybe a microwave.

Everything: 1) The hotel location is excellent, right at the entrance of the historical center, so easy to access by car (with a public parking across the street), and walking distance to the city main attractions. 2) Staff is supper friendly and very helpful. 3) The hotel is even more beautiful and well maintained than it appeared to be by the photos in the website. 4) The 2 restaurants and the bar are excellent options if you prefer to stay in the hotel for dining and drinks.

There is no negative point. Absolutely nothing to list here.

The hotel was five star in every aspect. To start you couldn’t ask for a better location to Old Quebec if you plan to walk. It is right on Rue St-Jean which is the main cobblestone road where all the restaurants and shops are. The staff were are very pleasant and helpful and happy to give us tips and answer all our questions. The room was large and clean with a beautiful view of Quebec and the St Lawrence River. The Nespresso coffee machine was a little finicky but we eventually got the knack for it. We will definitely stay here again and probably would not consider anywhere else. Loved the hotel!

Coffee machine was finicky.

Nicely appointed hotel with new designs. Very clean and staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions. Location is perfect right at the start of Old Quebec area. No on site parking but that is to be expected in that location. Pay for valet parking at $40 per day (+ tax) with in/out privileges. Overall, we were very happy with this choice and I recommend especially if you want to explore Old Quebec.

Minor negative is the bathroom did not have exhaust fan. Not sure why, maybe the age of the building (it's a historic building I believe). Bathroom can get a bit steamy after a long shower.

Excellent rooms, with a great location (right next to, but not in, Old Quebec City). The staff were amazing: accommodating of early arrival and late departure, had good suggestions for things to do, and even arranged for some flowers to be in the room upon arrival (wife was thrilled)!

Having to pay to see that your electronically submitted gratuity gets to the ‘right people’ is not something a customer should have to do (I’m not going to literally double my tip to do that, sorry.)

We had a lovely breakfast, Which we did not expect until we went to the restaurant and the waitress asked us for our coupon. We did not receive one at the front desk so she went up and got one. We did miss One breakfast, not knowing so they gave us a free drink coupon. We did have a young man that was being trained, which was very sweet and was doing his best. I think that’s what happened , but I think he’s going to be great at him job in a week or two. The rooms I couldn’t be more satisfied they were comfy, clean, pretty. It was it was our 43rd anniversary we were in the room 10 minutes and there was somebody knocking at her door with a bottle of champagne , how thoughtful was that we thought? We enjoyed every moment of our stay everything was perfect. Thank you for making our 43rd fourth anniversary so perfect. We both hope to come back.

Perfect, perfect perfect thank you.💗 We’ve loved our stay at your beautiful hotel.

The location is very good, right outside a gate to old Quebec, where a lots of restaurants and shops. Charles-Antoine at the front desk was exceptionally helpful, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. From check-in to answering my questions about the area, he went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and seamless stay. His attention to detail and welcoming attitude truly made a difference for my vacation in Quebec. Thanks again! I highly recommend this hotel, especially with staff like Charles! Let me know if you'd like any adjustments or specific details added!

Accessing to home needs to change elevator and walks for a relative long distance.

Elegant and modern hotel in a great location - staff was professional and concierge very helpful about restaurants and car rental - lots of common areas to relax with great views of the city and river - loved the huge windows in the room - refrigerator and coffee maker and robes are nice - the Asian fusión restaurant next store is excellent for dinner !

Our bathroom had no place to put anything (makeup bag etc ) and even the towel arrangement was a little awkward - the room felt warm to me and the thermostat didn't work well - if you are on the third floor - you will need to take elevator up to 7th , walk to reception and then take different elevator down to exit - that said I would still totally recommend the hotel
