I’ve been to Istanbul 6 times, and honestly this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I spent my whole 21-day trip here. Usually, I like to switch hotels, but this time I just loved it so much I didn’t feel like leaving. The staff are amazing, super friendly and welcoming. Sara at the reception deserves a special shout-out, she helped us with everything we needed and made us feel like we were guests in her own home with her kindness and warm hospitality. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the service is great, and the location couldn’t be better. You’ve got grocery stores and a really nice outlet called City Center just steps away. I’d definitely recommend this place, and it’ll be my first choice every time I come back to Istanbul.

Although my flight was cancelled, they agreed to move my booking by a day. That was surprisingly unexpected and kind. The staff were great as well.

This Hotel is looks like new, everything clean, lost of art on the walls and always some soothing music in the background everywhere you are (but the room of course). The staff was very friendly and the breakfast in restaurant was excellent and the restaurant itself is very clean! I had a room in the 10th floor, it was large, immaculate clean and fixed, decorated beautifully, very well lighted and the view of the city was great (there is some tall unfinished buildings that can be seen, but that is not the hotel's fault). I ordered room service many days, the menu was varied, the food was very good and service was prompt. Actually, this review was asked for the initial 2 night stay, but I extended my stay for 6 more nights and this review comes on the last day before leaving, so I will have mostly the same review for the next 6 night booking review. All in all highly recommended, really exceed the quality I expected.

I recently stayed at the Days Inn hotel and I was thoroughly impressed, especially by the outstanding service at the front desk. Miss Sarah went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her warm welcome and helpful demeanor truly made a difference. The hotel was clean, the room was cozy, and the location was convenient. I highly recommend this Days Inn to anyone visiting the area. The hotel itself was beautiful, with stunning views and luxurious amenities. I was particularly impressed by the delicious food and the impeccable service. I can't recommend this hotel enough. I would give 6 star to this hotel if I could. Mr.Ferhat and others were very friendly and welcoming. Other front desk staff that i don't remember their name were so respectful and helpful as well. Hope to see you all soon again.

This was my first trip to Turkey, and although we had planned to stay in central Istanbul, we ended up on the outskirts—and I’m so glad we did. Our stay turned out to be truly unforgettable. A huge thank you to the staff, especially Mr. Fatih. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His stories, kindness, and deep love for his country made a lasting impression. He’s a genuinely special person, and meeting him was one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and peaceful—everything we needed. I only wish we had stayed longer to experience more of the rich culture and hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Turkey. Highly recommended, and I hope everyone is lucky enough to cross paths with Mr. Fatih!

Everything was just wonderful 😘 if I go back to Istanbul I would definitely book with the same places again for sure. Stuff was very helpful the minute we opened our mouth for something they provided right away. The restaurant staff was very polite (one day I asked for omelettes with vegetables) without making a excuse they said sure sure no problem went to the kitchen in few minutes they brought the most delicious omelettes for us ❤️❤️❤️ thanks to Ilhan and sweet Perisa at the restaurant for taking good care of us every morning at restaurant 😘😘😘

The front desk staff was wonderful very helpful, specially there was a young girl sorry forgot her name with the beautiful smile (I think she was from Iran) very sweet and very helpful. She helped us a lot with regarding the city. Thanks beautiful for all your helps 😘😘

Our room was amazing. Huge, with great view, recently renovated. Mr Tufan and the reception staff have been extremely helpful with our transfers and tips for our journey. Very professional and efficient. They facilitated our stay. The housekeeping was truly amazing. We asked for an iron at the reception and it was out of our room when we got there. In seconds that is. We recommend the hotel and would stay again. The location is not close to the sights but is convenient for some clinics. The hotel is preferred by various clinics so many bandaged customers and experienced personnel to deal with their needs.

Our initial impression was not positive as we were refused a simple change in our room (we booked balcony and wanted to switch to no balcony and breakfast that was the exact same price) but they turned it around the following days by being very attentive.

The room size was huge. Infact, this was the first time a room exceeded my expectations. All amenities were available. Ali, at the reception was extremely helpful. A lot of activity around the hotel, with many good restaurant options.

TV channels have always bothered me. Maybe get some English channels so that non-Turkish or Arab guests can avail too. Breakfast was very good, however the variety was probably the lowest i have had in all my previous trips to Istanbul. maybe increase the range a bit.
