For my purposes, location was perfect but from city center it is very far. Hotel cafe/restaurant with nice seating near lobby floor.

I was accommodated when I made a specific request upon arrival. Also manager was in touch with me via booking to make sure my stay was good. He said if I needed amything, I just had to message him. Great communication!

My experience was very delightful and comfortable, especially the location which is located near the Marmarapark and also near the shuttle to the airport. But if you want to be near Istanbul’s landmarks it’s too far from them.

Cleanliness, breakfast and the internet

The staff was amazing and very helpful especially Mr.Digit that helped us a lot and cared us in all our stay.

The location and the neighborhood was not that much interesting

Very close to public transportation, close to huge shoping mall,clean and quiet room, helpful staff.

A bit high price for breakfest.

The breakfast was great. We stayed for 7 days and extended it to another 10 and every morning we enjoyed the variety of the breakfast. The rooms are clean. Location is far from Istanbul center almost an hour or an hour and a half by public transportation but the hotel is right infront of the tram bus station. And one bus stop or 10 min walking distance to a nice nearby mall.

The rooms are very very small. The internet in some floors is not working well or not stable and it was so important for me as I had to attend some online meetings and work during my stay.

I liked this hotel, there is a car park, the rooms are tiny, people working here nice, everything was changed and cleaned everydays, the hotel offers you fresh water bottles in the fridge after the cleaning (things that Ibis hotels in France stopped to do many years ago…), there is a going security, and the private service of transfert from the hotel to the New Istanbul International Airport is serious and always on time.

There are no things I did not specially like from the hotel. If you speak with Turks living in Istanbul for a long time, they will tell you the quarter where is located the hotel is bad. Well, it is in partly true, but this quarter is huge and the place where is the hotel does not know security problems. The place is good, in front of the Metrobus stop (working everydays 24/24), near the « Marmara Park » Mall (with Carrefour supermarket, cinema and various restaurants…)

Turkish breakfast is great and more than enough choices. Rooms are relatively small, but big enough. Location is good for business persons. Right between the old center and the industrial areas. No good location for vacationing

Honestly the hospitality was amazing they comforted us when we arrived tired after being scammed on another booking

Kinda wished the AC was colder kinda got hot in the room but again other might find it ok

Great hotel, very close to metrobus station. Clean rooms, nice staff and good breakfast. Good value for money.

Paper cups in room for coffee could be glass or ceramic.

The beds were comfy, the rooms were clean and it smelled nice. The breakfast buffet was a simple European food, but it was a good quality compared to a 4 star hotel that I stayed at in the area. I really like how fresh their yoghurts, fruits, vegetables and cheese were. The staff were nice and helpful, whenever I needed anything. Also Marmara Park was only a 7 mins walk from this hotel. The location was good as everything was close by.

The room's were a little small with barely any floor space for the bags. But I could live with that since the place was clean and the breakfast was nice.
