The item rates seem to be on the higher side, and I was hoping to see at least one breakfast dish from my country on the menu, especially since it's a 5-star hotel. I kindly request that you consider including at least one dish from the country where your guests are staying to enhance their overall comfort and experience.

It was all you can expect from a hotel that caliber, the staff were great very helpful and always there to answer any questions the rooms were nice clean and as in the pictures, and the breakfast was rich and clean and tasty, very nice i enjoyed it very much

The ac is either for blowing hot air or cold air depending on the settings that the hotel do. So if its a hot day in the cold season for example, you can get cold air.

I ended up in this hotel by chance because my friend lives nearby. I came to Istanbul for work related and boom! suddenly I found a place that I am gonna select for the next Event of my company! The hotel has a lot of rooms, the reception, Specially Mustafa is the most professional receptionist that I ever seen during my visits in Istanbul and I am 100% gonna stay more here and not only that, I am gonna select this hotel for the events of my company. The hotel has great rooms, perfect Wifi, easy access to nearby Carrefour and shops and coffeeshops and perfect Sauna / Gym! Specially gym is very well equipped which I did not expect! (I am spending a couple of hours in Gym everyday).

Room service food has space for improvement. However, they are very helpful there.

Hotel was great, room was really good and large. It was important point to underline that employees have been very supportive Muhammet, Turgay, Mustafa. I want to give special thanks to this men.

The windows of the room overlooked a busy highway, the sound insulation is not very good and the noise from passing cars caused inconvenience.
