Staff are very helpful, room was very clean and had good working area with accessible power. Coffee and tea facilities in the room. Location is very convenient for the TUYAP exhibition centre. You are a 10min walk over the bridge to a shopping centre which has a supermarket and various restaurants. Eren, Aybuze, Eda, Mete and Bavin were all very helpful.

2 of the restaurants are closed Sun/Mon/Tues and the remaining one has a limited menu of average quality at best.

All the staffs are professional. Their service is exceeded expection. Especially, I am much appreciated for the assistance from Mr. Altin Diko. If you have the chance to visit Istanbul, I recommend you to choose Kaya Istanbul Fair ＆ Convention Hotel to stay.

The location, the staff and the SPA

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The facilities are comfortable and clean, but what really made the difference was the staff’s service. I especially want to highlight Kenan, the receptionist, who was incredibly kind and attentive at all times. He helped us with recommendations, answered our questions with a smile, and made us feel welcome from the very first moment. Without a doubt, I will return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant experience and quality service.

Conflicting times re swimming pool. I do believe at weekend, the hours should be extended from 9am to 8pm. Only 1 restaurant open Outside area for coffee should be upgraded .. flowers in pots .. make it look more welcoming. The air-conditioning was issue but we moved rooms so sorted out

Everything about our stay at Kaya İstanbul Fair & Convention in Istanbul was excellent! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were all extremely nice and helpful. The location is ideal for business travelers, especially since it's just a short walk from the Tuyap Fair Exhibition Center. But it’s not just for business—thanks to the beautifully designed environment and thoughtful landscape details, the hotel is also great for families with children. Very family-friendly and welcoming! A special thanks to the Customer Relations Manager, Mr.Altin Diko, who truly went above and beyond. He speaks several languages and made sure every guest felt cared for. He was definitely the heart of the hotel’s outstanding service. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Perfect location for visiting the exhibition and conference centre. Excellent hotel, a friendly welcome from the front of house team who were very helpful. My room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Very good spa, pool and gym facility. A choice or restaurants, I ate in the Turkuaz restaurant, with both indoor and outdoor terrace seating. It was nice to chill on the terrace with a nice cool Turkish beer and snacks before moving inside to eat. An extensive menu, lovely food and I took advantage of the amazing buffet on offer two of the nights, including some very tempting desserts! A big thank you to Ümit, Ridvan and especially Sena for their welcome and hospitality and thanks for my special flat white coffee!!

Clean room. Good spa.

Air conditioning was not working, not cooling the air. It was blowing the air but not making the temperature lower/colder. It seems it is too old and just used. At least in my room. If this is 4 star hotel and for this price air conditioning should work properly. Breakfasts - huge amount of food but they made it so much that meals that are suppose to be hold were cold as of not being eaten (like I wrote too much food waiting for the guests and just got old (cold).

It was my first trip in Turkiye, and it was quite impressive. Kaya hotel was the first point of the impression. I hope to have good promotion price again in next trip so I can choose Kaya Istanbul again.

No small store around hotel. Even though hotel facility is very good, visitors need store time to time. So I would like to recommend hotel to have small store in lobby floor. Aha.. Window needs cleaning. Amazing view, but too much stain on window glass. But, view was great anyway.
