The room was spacious with a Balcony. View was amazing during evening from the balcony. Air conditioning was working well and we could easily adjust the temperature. Good Location, close to metro and malls ( First Avenue and Perlavista). Reception staff specially Ay Gul and other two members are exceptionally good and supportive. Breakfast was delightful, fresh and on our request they served us complimentary meneme. I like the warm soup varieties served with breakfast every morning. I enjoy staying here and will definitely come back.

Transport to/from the airport was provided and I arrived very early. The hotel accommodated me when my brain was fried after 23 hours of flying, which is much appreciated. The breakfast was very good as well, lots of sausage, potatoes, greens, I felt at home with the food. The staff was also very helpful overall and the stay was a great value.

Other guests on my floor were often smoking in their rooms at every hour of the night even though the hotel is non-smoking. The smell came into the hallway, and then under the gap in my door to my room. I used towels to block it, but it would be great in the future if there were thick rubber seals under the door.

Excellent hotel. The hotel is clean, which was the most important thing for me. The staff is kind. We had one problem, and Mr. Volkan at the reception made an effort to help us. Also, Gazi, the waiter at the restaurant, is a great person, very kind. He treated us to tea and cake before our trip. The hotel is in a great location if you are coming for business, such as attending conferences. It’s far from the city and all the landmarks. Be cautious with taxi drivers, as they are likely to scam you. Be especially careful when paying by card.

Great hotel – very comfortable and definitely high European standard. Spacious, well-equipped rooms and top-level service. Breakfast was tasty and varied. The location is also a big plus – very close to the Tuyap Fair Center, which makes it a perfect choice for business travelers.

There was a small issue with the hotel Wi-Fi – I connected without problems, but the internet speed was very poor. I’m sure it could have been solved at the reception, but I was too tired to ask and just went to sleep.

Great value for the money. Not a luxurious hotel, but everything was spot-on. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent location for business purposes. If you are a tourist, watch for the Uber-taxi scammers!

Location is super👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾. Close to everything, Metro Bus 🚌station is right bang out of the building. Mini shopping mall very close and Mamara Park Shopping Mall, a bigger one is 3 stops on the metro bus. Very very convenient location to Tuyap Fair Centre

My room, 858 on 8th Floor was super with solid views but the rumbling noise from the sewer system when someone flushed the toilet was very bad. Breakfast could be better with names of the food in English and Turkish. Also the TV didn’t have international news channels like CNN.

The hotel was near the Exhibition Centre and a lot of restaurants were nearby. There was limited access to the hotel so not many guests were around. There wasn't much noise around the property which is how I prefer it.

The TV channels were all Turkish, and English channels need to be added. The breakfast was the same each day. A lot of new variety must be included, and also the number of items should be increased. Menus need to be in English too.

The room facilities are all good and clean, but the air conditioning temperature is too high to adjust, but the small staff at their door is very good! Very polite!

Hotel room was really spacious, cosy and modern with the nice evening panoramic view. Staff from reception were really helpful and friendly in regards of arranging taxi for me and other things I have requested. Location is good, it is just 5min walk away from PerlaVista Shopping Mall, there are a lot of different places to eat also. And room can be cleaned every day if you wish. Breakfast was good also.

Diverse breakfast, with good coffee and tea. Big room, spacious and modern. There's a kettle, tea bags and cups in the room. There's also a fridge. Good working shower: water pressure and temperature. Friendly and helpful personnel. We got 2 bottles of water every day (you can't drink from the tap).

Wifi was not very stable. Sometimes the network would just disappear. But when it worked, the speed was fine. It is noisy outside thanks to the traffic, so we kept the windows closed.
