From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was filled with happiness! Miss ilkay warmly welcomed us, made our check-in process smooth, and even upgraded our room to one with a beautiful balcony. Her kindness and hospitality made our stay truly comfortable and unforgettable. The next morning, Miss Miray greeted us with a big smile and generously offered us a traditional Turkish cup of tea, making us feel even more at home. Both ilkay and Miray speak fluent English and go above and beyond to ensure guests have the best experience—I highly recommend asking for them! Additionally, a big shoutout to the gentlemen Emre, Ahmet, and Gağdaş, who were always around and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their professionalism and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is also perfect—just a short walking distance to Cumhuriyet Mahallesi, Marmara Park Mall, and the Metrobus, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. A huge appreciation to the World Point Hotels management for having such an excellent team. Also a big appreciation to the World Point Hotels Family for their outstanding hospitality and excellent service. This was a truly memorable experience, and I can’t wait to return!

Everything is good

Pleasant attitude of staff, proximity to Tuyap Fuar. Good clean neighbourhood, proximity to Beykent Metrobus station for travelling to the tourist part of town. There's a carrefour supermarket across the hotel entrance for essential purchases, an eczane (medical drugstore) nearby for essential over-the-counter medicines (in case you take ill), good eateries and dining places within walking distance from the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at World Point Hotels in Istanbul. From start to finish, everything was smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. The hotel’s location is ideal—close to key spots in the city and easily accessible by public transport. The room was spotless, and cozy, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was especially comfortable, and the view from the window was a lovely bonus and balcony as well. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. What really stood out was the service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. It made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of both local and international options. Everything was fresh and well-presented. Well done, World Point Hotels team! You truly made my visit to Istanbul a memorable one. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it to others without hesitation.

Comfortable and excellent service, the staff did everything to make our visit easy & enjoyable, Thanks to Miss Elif upgraded our room for free with balcony + city view. great location as well, the beds are comfy and the rooms are spacious , And the wifi was very good. This hotel should be 5 🌟 because of helpful staff and cleaning. Highly recommended for friends and families ❤

The swimming pool water temperature were extremely cold 🥶.. However I'm still rating this hotel 10/10 .Easy check-in and friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything and very convenient for exploring the area. All the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

The only area for improvement would be the swimming pool, which could use a bit of maintenance or an upgrade.

Everything was clean and new , staff were really friendly , the breakfast was awesome. The main important thing was that Air-conditioner was super cool 😎 All in all , I was satisfied and for my next trip for sure I will choose this hotel.

To be honest everything was prefect for me

Breakfast was good . Location was bad ,we came in order to visit Expo center , one was near by ,and the other one far away . It was written that Hotel organize shuttle bus , but they did it only for one location -Tuyap , not for the other Expo .

Staff was very unpolite . Reception desk called taxi for us and charged double price .

Good size room and bathroom. Comfortable beds.

Cleaners never cleaned the whole room but just made the bed and bathroom. We booked two Suites with spa bath and one of our rooms were missing the water blocker so after asking numerous times we received water blockers but alas only on the last night. So weren’t useful to us but at least they there for future guests.

Hotel was completely fine, they had free shuttle to Tuyap centre, which we used to go the fair. Carrefour supermarket is just on the other side of the street (not a big store but is ok). Breakfast was quite good, though they did not offer Turkish coffee, or at least I did not see to whom to order it. We parked inside the hotel and they helped us a lot with the car and everything.

The first morning - at the breakfast there were too many tables with non-taken dishes and noone seemed to care. Second morning was much better.

The service and arrangements were top. Good quality breakfast.

The left was disabled and there was a rush for some time, especially during breakfast. The toilet door was out of order. There was no water in the room
