SPA facilities & heated indoor pool, staffs, fruits at the lobby for free.

We were given low floor stay and was next to the high way hence will hear the police car siren. We did not know this is a mixed development - hotel plus residence. Hotel is only up to 4th floor hence not much good sea view.

Radisson Blu Hotel Istanbul Ottomare is an Fantastic hotel! It lays a little bit away of all the crowd of Istanbul. So you can enjoy and relax at the pool with a drink. You can even order Shisha (Nargile) at the Pool. The Marmaray Train station (since 2013) is at a 8 minutes walk distance. When you leave the Hotel, there is a ‘YEDIMAVI’ building on the right. Keep walking that road and after 8 minutes you can see the Marmaray Train station. There you can buy a Istanbul card at a Yellow machine at the station. It costs 25 Lira. Insert 50 Lira, you will get the card and have 25 Lira on it. To go to the very Touristic city (Eminönu Sirkeci) You can take the Gebze and Pendik Train. It’s only 3 stops, which takes about 9 minutes. You can hop off at Sirkeci which is Eminönu. To return to your hotel, you can take the Halkali, Ataköy or Zeytinburnu Train. Traveling from location A to B and to return only costs about 15 Lira! Whatever you do, don’t go inside of the Kapali Carsi. (Grand Bazaar) They ask crazy high prices. I also want to thank my brothers: - Baris (at the Pool bar) > Adamin dibi! - Sezer, who brought us the suitcases and helped us with our Room. - Melih the Lifeguard, very relax person. - Resul for helping me find my lost shirt. - Talha for helping us at the reception. - Arben for helping us at the reception. - Ibo for helping us at the Lobby bar - The entire Hotel basically.

The Fitness equipment was a little bit outdated. I did not like the French balcony, but the hotel fixed this for me the next day!

I was really impressed with wonderful service socially the team whose working in the hotel , I would like really to thank SEZER DEMIRTAS fore he's superb help and service he really makes our trip special he helped us with everything he was really professional , luxurious ,and friendly and also JIHAD he's very helpful and supportive he really makes us very happy he was Friendly we feel that we are very special thank you so much for everything we will be back inshallah 😊🙏🙏🙏

Really the team of the hotel they make everything wonderful and the service . I would like to see thank you shahmouz he was our driver from the hotel . The hotel was very clean and cosy and the location was very nice and calm .

Everything was fine, good service, friendly staff. My room type was changed to the higher category once arrived to the hotel, what was actually unexpected. Rooms are clean.

Keep in mind that hotel occupies only first 4 floors. This was a surprise. Breakfast is quite simple. Big variety of different cheese and meat cuts. Salads and dips. From the hot food, there was only 1 type of hot sausage boil eggs and omelet. I was expecting something more. If you want to go to the touristic places, keep in mind that the only way you can get there from the hotel is bus and taxi. There is a huge traffic in this area so it’s quite complicated to get somewhere.

Staff were very helpful, always assisting and making sure we were being looked after. The day manager and night manager were very passionate about their job and went over and beyond to help and assist. The spa facilities were great and very clean and tidy, everything was very 2023 and modern. The restaurant for breakfast was great, a huge variety, they always baked me a fresh smit to go with my honey and cream. Very grateful for their efforts. Dinner was also superb. location is interesting as its far away from the hustle and bustle but only a 15 minute taxi away. I will be returning and look forward to it.

The staff were amazing, most very polite, welcoming, and always available to help and support. The suite was very spacious, and the bathroom facilities were loved by all the family. The cleaning staff was very trustworthy and kept the environment comfortable and clean throughout my staff. Spa 10/10. Treatments top class. My daughter loved the heated pool it became a night time ritual. Bahar and Saita, thank you for making my staff in Istanbul very special.

Had a couple of room issues. The hotel staff did however fixed the issues, and apologies were felt. The breakfast buffet should offer a more international menu. I struggled to feed my 19-month-old baby. Food never changed.

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, it is a little bit further out of the main part of Istanbul, but there are good public transport connections and taxis are plentiful. Hotel was also very clean too. Be warned if taking a taxi make sure the driver switches the meter on don't be caught out paying too much if they don't.

Prices for the bar, restaurant and coffee shop were extortionate. Most prices for everything seemed to have been inflated by more than double than you would pay elsewhere. There are lovely bars and restaurants in the nearby Fishekane complex a short 8-10 mins walk away and there you will pay at least half the price of what the hotel charges. Don't know why they did that but after paying out for a drink from the bar and coffee shop on our first day we avoided buying anything from the hotel that wasn't already included in the rate we had paid. Also hotel tried to charge us for some mini bar items even though we hadn't used this facility at all. Again don't know if this was a scam but check your bill thoroughly. The charges were cancelled for us but don't fall into the trap.

Responsive staff at reception, although some of them did not speak English. There is a nice area with shops and restaurants called Fiskehane in few minutes walking distance. very nice spa facilities with Hammam, steam room, dry sauna and huge warm indoor pool, but they forced us to buy caps in the nearby shop to use the pool, while locals were swimming without caps.

breakfast could be better selection, not. Radisson level really, bakeries were not fresh. Premium room was so small for three of us. cleaning need to improved. and the hotel is so far away from all the things, even though it’s European side.

Location: decent, 15 mins to Hagia Sophia, 20 mins to Grand Bazaar. Taxis just outside the hotel so very accessible and well priced. Felt like short journeys Breakfast: lovely breakfast. Great dips and cheese selections. Yummy omelettes and fried eggs. Granola. Stale pastries and limited but very much enjoyed other options Massage: great swedish massage, reasonably priced Swimming pools: good indoor swimming pool. Need to bring/purchase a cap to be allowed to use but is fine. Outdoor pool nice too Hair salon: husband got his hair cut, a little pricey but great cut and good service Room service food: reasonably tasty, not the best, not the worst

Pedicure: husband got a pedicure from in-house salon. Very overpriced, nails all jagged, feet not scrubbed. Despite being overpriced, they then tried to add extra costs for lotions used. Awful

Good hotel as can be expected from RB 5☆. Location a bit remote and the highway in front of the door makes it somewhat noisy. Breakfast supurb!! Spa centre can be used by outsiders too. We didn't like it so much. Taxi or train will bring you downtown in approx. 20 minutes. View from the rooms is amazing with all ships waiting to cross the Bosporus!! Overall a good place to stay.
