There could be more options on breakfast. There shodh be some variety change of the menu. Location was good

The taxi drivers took much excess money than actual fare generated on the meter. And hotel staff who booked the taxi said they would not take more than metered fares. However the taxi driver would insist on the end of the ride

I had a fantastic stay at Helton . Everything was even better than expected! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. The service was top-notch, and I truly felt welcomed throughout my stay. Housekeeping needs some improvement

Amazing hotel, highly recommended. The staff are very friendly. and the room has an amazing sea view. I love it.

The hotel is far from the metro station and the shopping area. And there was nothing much around the hotel.

Everything in the Hilton Bakirkoy was perfect

Rich breakfast, can be taken indoor or outdoor. 2 swimming pools (outdoor and indoor), the water could be a little warmer. A fitness room. Very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, good isolation between rooms. The internet connection in the room was quite fast. A large window offered a panoramic view. According to the Hilton comfort level, the window could more effectively isolate the outside noise. A highway passed in front of the hotel...Behind it was a fairly busy street Istanbul also has a fast, safe, very extensive and not too expensive public transport system

A little better soundproofing of the windows. It wasn't bad, but it could be better

Our stay at Hilton Bakirkoy was truly exceptional! The hotel offers elegance, comfort, and top-tier service—but what really made our experience outstanding was the staff, especially Rüya. Rüya was incredibly helpful, professional, and always available for anything we needed. Her kindness, warm communication, and willingness to assist at any moment made us feel completely at home. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and stylishly furnished, with a beautiful sea view. Breakfast was rich and varied, and the hotel’s location is perfect—peaceful, yet with easy access to the heart of Istanbul. I wholeheartedly recommend Hilton Bakirkoy and look forward to coming back again!

The accommodation in the hotel was A+, and all of that because of Hande and Ruya, these are the persons you would want to contact for your stay at the hotel, they made my stay amazing and felt like a dream, they are top tier persons by which you will have no problems and worries when checking in and all throughout the holiday, they are experts in their domain, know a lot of foreign languages, have a great sense of humor and they are so serious when it comes to solve every problem you have (that is if you have one but that won’t be likely , given that they make sure ahead you won’t have a single problem for the time of your stay)! Thanks again to these 2 amazing people and I will come back every time in Istanbul at this hotel and only this one because of them! The rest of the hotel is very nice! You have top tier spa facility as well as the luxury rooms and the top tier services! Believe me when I tell you, you won’t go wrong by staying here!

The view of the hotel room was amazing and I know a lot of people complained about the location being far but I think it was alright. We were able to go everywhere because the taxi comes fast and is not that expensive. Most places were less than 30mn away. And with family I believe this is by far the best place to stay. If I ever go to Istanbul I will definitely book the same hotel.

Although the hotel is beautiful, I do not think the cleanliness is up to Hilton standards. The bathroom in our room looked outdated, the glass windows were dirty and I witnessed the cleaners doing a quick job to the point I had to request them to vacuum the room as all the did was clean it with mops. The food is expensive and not tasty, so we decided to eat out or order out instead, the breakfast not much to eat so my family never really went down for breakfast.

Property was nice the sea view was beautiful. It was raining through out our stay that’s why I didn’t put up any picture as it doesn’t do the property justice. I think what makes this property stand out more than the views is the staff. Hande and Rüya at reception, although I never had the pleasure of meeting them. They messaged me very day during my stay and ensured everything was perfect. Anything I needed or wanted within couple hours it was sorted. These two lovely ladies also sent me a fruit bowl. Hilton should be very pleased and honoured to have Hande & Rüya working for them.
