The taxi drivers took much excess money than actual fare generated on the meter. And hotel staff who booked the taxi said they would not take more than metered fares. However the taxi driver would insist on the end of the ride

I had a fantastic stay at Helton . Everything was even better than expected! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. The service was top-notch, and I truly felt welcomed throughout my stay. Visiting with my family for a medical trip in istanbul. We decided to stay at the hilton bakirkoy due to its proximity to the hospital We were super impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, the great tasting food , and the wonderful hospitality, especially Mr Altin Diko who was keen on making our stay as comfortable as possible , thank you very much Mr Altin! As well as his counterpart Mr Vural for the great turkish coffee before our departure! One thing i want to stress is honestly the most amazing hotel gym i have yet to see in any hotel i have visited. As someone who frequently works out 4-5 times a week, i am usually disappointed by the gym facilities of the hotels i visit. But honestly the gym here was WOW , it looked like a legitimate subscription gym , every possible item is available, machines, benches, free weights, cardio, boxing , and the list goes on. I want to also highlight the rest of the amazing facilities including both the indoor and outdoor pools which were large and relaxing. If there is one thing that is going to definitely bring me here its the spa and fitness facilities of the hotels One thing to improve on would simply be a little more attention to detail on behalf of the room service staff. Otherwise me and my family have had a great stay and hope to call this hotel our home on our next visit.

Housekeeping needs some improvement

The service is organized in perfect way. Every department work is synchronized in the best possible way. The staff is very friendly and professional. This is my first experience where i see such a cleaned facility starting from the room and other common spaces. The kitchen is excellent, probably one of the best I have experienced in my other stays in Türkiye. I'd recommend others to stay at Hilton in Bakirkoy where you meet the real Turkish hospitality!

The hotel is far from the metro station and the shopping area. And there was nothing much around the hotel.

Everything in the Hilton Bakirkoy was perfect

Our stay at Hilton Bakirkoy was truly exceptional! The hotel offers elegance, comfort, and top-tier service—but what really made our experience outstanding was the staff, especially Rüya. Rüya was incredibly helpful, professional, and always available for anything we needed. Her kindness, warm communication, and willingness to assist at any moment made us feel completely at home. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and stylishly furnished, with a beautiful sea view. Breakfast was rich and varied, and the hotel’s location is perfect—peaceful, yet with easy access to the heart of Istanbul. I wholeheartedly recommend Hilton Bakirkoy and look forward to coming back again!

Rich breakfast, can be taken indoor or outdoor. 2 swimming pools (outdoor and indoor), the water could be a little warmer. A fitness room. Very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, good isolation between rooms. The internet connection in the room was quite fast. A large window offered a panoramic view. According to the Hilton comfort level, the window could more effectively isolate the outside noise. A highway passed in front of the hotel...Behind it was a fairly busy street Istanbul also has a fast, safe, very extensive and not too expensive public transport system
