hotel staff is really very helpful in every matter. From manager to cleaner everyone always helped us without any delay. we didn’t had any single problem during our one week stay. my father with limited mobility also enjoyed stay there. Staff helped like a family. They even arranged bday surprises for our 2 family members. Restaurant food and staff are also extraordinary. Arranged everything for us on our demand.

I went to the toilet and it has sensor lights so the lights went on late and I slipped and fell tore a ligament and told the staff that I fell they went to the bathroom and didn’t offer a glass of water or asked me if I’m ok just nothing!!!!

Cleaning staff were extremely good and polite. The reception desk regular staff were fantastic and helped to book taxis for our commute.

Room to improve; they should provide a weighing scale at the front reception desk for luggage upon checking out. They should also provide luggage bubble wrap service like other hotels in Sultanmete. The breakfast buffet had less variety of hot dishes from other cousins or hot simit.

This is my first time in this hotel. It was awesome trip. The staff is very friendly, cooperative and care. Breakfast is very good, could be better but it's good. The area and view is the best. Easy to reach western or eastern areas of Istanbul. I would like to thank Mr. Erol Budak, the F&B Manager for his kindness and care for the details.

The Breakfast could have been a little better, the food at times looked like it was leftovers and out of the 8 days at the hotel. orange juice was placed out only twice. It was available, but you had to ask for it.

The hotel has been a wonderful experience! Great location, with amazing views of the sea. High standard of hygiene and care, the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The morning buffet is also absolutely delicious. Would recommend to families or solo travellers.

I did like all staff, Food manager was doing cleaning and welcoming everyday in the morning breakfast, Front desk are so nice and helpful Food was very good 😋 Room view was sea view although my booking was for a standard room Location was 10 minutes walking to Zeytonburn marmaray station , All buses to Taksim and aksaray are near Close to it a nice street With many restaurants and shopping brands Plus the cheapest price for a 5 stars hotel , it was excellent value for a money This hotel choice made my stay so pleasant Any one need more details call me or text me +201228387776 Mohamed from Egypt
