I liked pretty much everything the staff were excellent always ready to help, they surprised me with a birthday cake, they clean rooms every day you can choose if you want them to change l sheets/towels... after every clean they left us free bottles of water the facilities are great and the location is exceptional in the close vicinity of fişerkhane which is full of restaurants and malls and the sea and the views from the hotel were breathtaking. Also the pool is great chilling beside it at late night is a really wonderful experience too bad that you can not go for a swim after 18 bit still the pool is great and cleaned every day. The bar in the hotel is great nice cocktails. Bus station is right in front of the hotel, metro station is 10 min walk so you can get anywhere also taxis are 1 min away so im really pleased with my stay.

I didn't like the breakfast that much it had a decent variety of food but it wasn't necessarily tasty. Also the pool could be open for longer not just until 18:00. And the bed was surprisingly uncomfortable along with the pillows I never had sleeping problems but both me and my girlfriend were having a hard time falling asleep and we were waking up in pain so the bed wasn't to our preference.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is very clean, and well located with a 5-10 minute walk to the train to take you into the city Centre. There are great restaurants also close by, a new fancy area to go out. The breakfast is absolutely amazing with lots of choices for kids.

While I was expecting noise from cars driving past, there was often noise from the parking lot across the street. And I mean, people turn up their music through car speakers and have a dance party at the lot loud. Not really something the hotel management can do, but it surely soured our stay.

The hotel was fine, not in the centre but we could use the public transport. Breakfast was very good, a lot to choose from. Bed rooms quite spacious, my son had his own bed and still there was space. The bathroom had separated toilet, which was good because my partner likes to fart a lot in the morning and we didn’t have to listen to that

The swimming pool was closed every day at 18, because of “cleaning” , after whole day walking in a hot town Istanbul would be nice to have a refresh dive in the swimming pool, but no, it was closed

Arrived late in the evening and was greeted by the niceste staff member who took his time explaining all the must see and things to do in Istanbul. He took his time showing me a map over the city, how to get around the city and I could not have wished for a better start to my stay. After that I was upgraded to a larger room on the top floor with a view over the sea. It was amazing waking up to this view every morning and I am vert greatful for the upgrade. The hotel had a gym, which also overlooked the sea and the pool area too. Was nice to be able to use these facilities in the morning. It is not the biggest gym, but it has all it needs for a nice little work out. The woman doing the cleaning of my room everyday was so incredible nice and friendly, always made sure I had water when coming from the gym and even gave me extra if I needed it. Room was spotless every single day. I dined at the restaurant once and the service was good and food amazing too. Was nice being able to sit outside and enjoy my meal, the staff at the restaurant were friendly and nice. The pool area was pretty good too, they provide you with a free towel to use while relaxing by the pool. The staff working at the pool were super nice, kind and friendly. Always greeted with a smile which was nice. Little bonus is that you could buy ice cream when relaxing by the pool. The hotel is located around 7 km outside the city centre, but it is very easy to get back and forth. You can get a tourist Istanbul card which allows you to use all sorts of transportating while visiting the city. I recommend you getting a yellow / orange cab when going to the airport, the front desk will call a cab for you if needed. All in all just a very nice and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel and if I am every back in Istanbul again I will be staying here for sure. Checkin: We arrived before 2pm, so the room was not ready. We chilled in the bar for a little while. The room was ready a little after 2pm. Room: Clean. Free shampoo, body wash and hand-wash. The air-conditioning was good, it kept the room cool. Cleaned daily if you wanted. Fridge with complimentary water. Kettle with tea/ coffee. Breakfast: Plentiful. Hot and cold options. The dairy products did not seem fresh. The butter was off on all days during our stay. I loved the fried eggs. Bar: Reasonably priced drinks. Pizza good. Live music on some evenings. Pool: Get down early to get a sunbed. Free towels. The sunbed mattresses could do with cleaning. Lifeguards. Unsupervised children running around the pool screaming, as parents sit down and chill. Staff: All staff helpful and kind. Great service all around from check in, breakfast staff, bar staff and pool staff. Into Istanbul: Get the BN1 bus into the centre and back or a taxi which should cost mo more than 350 TL. One day we did walk in which was nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Negatives: Parents allow the children to do whatever they want unsupervised. Ordering items from the cooked section and then not wanting them, piling plates up with food, running around the pool, screaming and shouting. Basically, children rule their parents. It is a shame as this would put us off returning.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel during my 4-night stay in February 2025. The hotel is well-managed, with a professional and friendly staff, ensuring high-quality service. Check-in and check-out were extremely smooth and quick. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, making the mornings even more enjoyable. Excellent hotel. High class staff. Reception solved all issues quickly. We had a beautiful, comfortable, stylish room on the 9th floor with a view of the Marmara Sea from the window. The room cleaning was excellent. The hotel also has an outdoor pool with clean water without the smell of chlorine. We will be happy to visit this hotel again.

I like everything about the hotel, the location, cleanliness, view and staff. all the staff were very helpful they were very cooperative and they did everything they could to make us comfortable.

The first night we asked the reception of a good restaurant , someone came and took us to have dinner in a restaurant but it was over expensive !!!! We paid 320€ for two adults and we didn’t have any idea about prices and that was unacceptable but now we learned our lessons, we have to ask about prices before we even order but you know we are foreigner and we had no idea that the menu will be such expensive !On another hand, the staff are very friendly .
