SPA facilities & heated indoor pool, staffs, fruits at the lobby for free.

We were given low floor stay and was next to the high way hence will hear the police car siren. We did not know this is a mixed development - hotel plus residence. Hotel is only up to 4th floor hence not much good sea view.

Our stay at Radisson Blu Ottomare Istanbul started with some challenges — on the first night we were not given the correct room type that we had booked, which was stressful. Fortunately, Mr. Cihan Oz, Director of Rooms, stepped in and personally took care of everything. He was professional, attentive, and determined to fix the situation. Thanks to him, we were moved to a much better room and finally felt the 5-star experience we came for. In the end, what began as a problem turned into a positive memory, all because of Mr. Oz’s effort and attitude. He is truly the star of the hotel — if Radisson had more staff like him, there would be no unhappy guests at all!

Very clean, good view in our room, kind staff and helpful management. I like that they provided extra water for us. There was a lady doing the room service and cleaning, she was very kind and professional. She even did not take the tip I was intended to give her!

There are 3 things that could possibly improve: - The pool area has a bar and some people were making load noise until 4 am and the music was playing until 4 am. That was only the first night and everything went well the nights after that. - The breakfast was exceptional, but the dinner could be better. - It would be good that the hotel offers a shuttle to city centre or somewhere like Taqsim square. Maybe once a day...

This hotel has become our go-to destination for peaceful and relaxing vacations. The staff are always friendly and accommodating, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere every time we visit. The location is ideal, offering beautiful views and a calm setting. We truly enjoy the excellent facilities, especially the spa and traditional hammam, which add a luxurious touch to our stay. Ending the day with shisha by the pool is always a highlight. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, relaxation, and great service.

The hotel is very nice, the facilities are very good and the outdoor pool was a very nice one, very clean and the pool area is well maintained which offered great vacation atmosphere. Overall a very family friendly hotel without being too crowded or too noisy. The real selling point of this hotel are the staff. Very nice and accommodating, always met us with a smile and were eager to help, even proactive I would say. This goes to all hotel staff, meeting you at the door, helping with the parking, check in and upgrades, room service and cleaning. Truly added a lot to the whole experience. Special thanks to Gamze and the day manager, as well as the night manager who was very accommodating even when we reached the hotel at 3 AM. The breakfast is good with nice Turkish and continental varieties and Got an upgrade on the room

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location was very convenient. What made my experience truly outstanding, however, was the staff. A very special thanks goes to Gamze and Uluthan, who were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and taken care of, always with a warm smile and genuine kindness. Their professionalism and hospitality really made a difference and left me with such a positive impression. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to coming back again.

The property is located far from main tourist attractions

The staff were all very attentive and friendly, particularly Buse, Murat, and another young gentleman from reception, but unfortunately I can’t remember his name - sorry! The pool area is gorgeous. The food is amazing - we had a lovely evening dinner in the restaurant and lunch by the pool area.

Location is a bit far from anything but there’s not much need to leave the hotel.
