Everything was just wonderful 😘 if I go back to Istanbul I would definitely book with the same places again for sure. Stuff was very helpful the minute we opened our mouth for something they provided right away. The restaurant staff was very polite (one day I asked for omelettes with vegetables) without making a excuse they said sure sure no problem went to the kitchen in few minutes they brought the most delicious omelettes for us ❤️❤️❤️ thanks to Ilhan and sweet Perisa at the restaurant for taking good care of us every morning at restaurant 😘😘😘

The front desk staff was wonderful very helpful, specially there was a young girl sorry forgot her name with the beautiful smile (I think she was from Iran) very sweet and very helpful. She helped us a lot with regarding the city. Thanks beautiful for all your helps 😘😘

The room size was huge. Infact, this was the first time a room exceeded my expectations. All amenities were available. Ali, at the reception was extremely helpful. A lot of activity around the hotel, with many good restaurant options.

TV channels have always bothered me. Maybe get some English channels so that non-Turkish or Arab guests can avail too. Breakfast was very good, however the variety was probably the lowest i have had in all my previous trips to Istanbul. maybe increase the range a bit.

The King Suit room was large in size with comfortable bed and sofa.Living room and Bedroom both equiped with Smart TVs. Great staff with special thanks two Sara at reception always helpful with a smile.

Kitchenette could be equiped a bit more. Breakfast to have more varieties.

This hotel really met my expectations! It was kept clean throughout our stay and we could call for anything easily. I stayed for a week with my partner and we both loved it. The staff members were super helpful as well. The buffet breakfast was my favourite thing as there were so many options! There are shops and mosques on every corner and is a big shopping mall close by, about 10 mins by car. There is also a small shopping mall within 2/3 mins walk from the hotel. Very decent place I must say. The only thing is not everyone speaks English so if you are a foreigner make sure you have your translator app with you then you should be fine. Oh and have internet because there is no WiFi outside the hotel.

Nothing really but I would recommend that you have a clock in the rooms.

Traffic sounds even for me that I was in floor 11 Breakfast needs upgrade specially in warm options. No window in breakfast hall Small shower space despite large room

never made it to breakfast on time. Location was excellent for my purposes. i ran into a problem on my first day as the AC in my room was leaking. the maintenance people came but all they did was turn off the AC. The next morning the housekeeping manager was on our floor. she asked how our room was. as soon as she saw the AC, she went out of her way to get things fixed, once she could not, she called the front desk and had us move to another room on the same floor. she even helped us move out things. I say this is dedication and a very valuable asset to the hotel.

the fact that we could not really control the room temperature to our liking. the AC was controlled by the hotel and not by the thermostat in our room.

The service was fine during our staying at the hotel, specially the friendly and multi lingual staff Salih, the food also was fine, we stayed for two nights there.

The way the rooms are divided and the space were good. The staff was nice and cooperative.

The breakfast was basic, no cake, no muffins no omelet no waffles no panckcake I don't advise to take the breakfast since so Many options available around the hotel. The towels and bed sheets are worn-out had holes . The bathroom smelled bad then I asked the reception to fix it and they did
