Exceptional Service at Grand Hotel! I had a wonderful experience at Grand Hotel, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Amina and Walid. Amina was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. She made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Walid was equally impressive—attentive, efficient, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests have the best experience. His dedication and hospitality truly stood out. Their professionalism and friendliness made my stay unforgettable. Thank you, Amina and Walid, for making our visit so special! I highly recommend Grand Hotel because of its amazing staff.

I have nothing bad to say about Hotel very clean and Tidy. Staff was lovely They helped me every day and night to lift my Mobility scooter over one step and help with getting into Little Lift with my Scooter. The Hotel was super, the Staff was fantastic. Finally there is not much to see in the Area, you have to used a Taxi for everything because it,s on a Motorway Traffic not moving costing alot more to get any where. Thank you

I would like to hear from Booking.com? I have already informed your depart previously, about misleading information? Second thing was it,s been advertised as Suitable for Disabled People and it,s not? There is one Step into entrance of Hotel. There wooden ramp was no good, to low and steep from step. Could not used, the staff helped me with one step with going in and out with my Mobility Scooter. The Lift would not fit my scooter to Drive in myself again Staff had to help. To BreakFast and Reception steps again. Ramp not Suitable could not used. Booking.com needs to go out and review HOTELS this is not good enough. I look forward to hearing from you.

Very good value. Its a bit like a basic chain (premier Inn style) so comfy, clean bed, reasonable shower and Tv/kettle in the rooms. But no luxuries. It is quite far from the centre so unless you need to choose that area for a specific reason,, more central hotels might be better. However the staff were super helpful when I requested stuff and for the price it's good value.

To be fair, for the price it does its job. The breakfast is relatively basic Turkish (bread, cheese, honey or jam, some cold meat) which i like but some people may want more variety. Some of the facilities and the reception is a bit tatty in places. Its also a bit noisy. But the rooms are clean.

In terms of location, it is excellent for those who plan to settle in the western parts of Europe, with proximity to the Bus station "Havaist " it means that transfer bus from istanbul airport, metro bus stations and near the E5 highway also Torium AVM

I like the location, the breakfast was very delicious, the staff was friendly, such as "Amina" from the housekeeping team was very kind and helpful.. i think i will stay here again on the next trip to Istanbul

I had a great stay. The hotel is brand new and located in nice modern neighborhood, though a bit away from typical tourist spots. Facilities, breakfast and views were amazing. And I would like to stay special thanks to amazing stuff who made my stay there very comfortable

everything was good.

Great service, on the day of arrival we had a room which smelt really bad to cigarette. The next day the receptionist mr. Abuzer Dolas did the necessary to change our room. We got a very nice room on the highest floor. Thank you very much for the hospitality. The location towards transport was great too.

Little maintenance issues in the room. We didn't mention really we were not often in the room.

Breakfast was ok, everything was delicious, just enough to gather energy for the day. Since we were in Instanbul for the fair, the location was excellent, we were not far from the fair.

Internet could be a little better and faster, but we managed anyway.
