What an excellent 2 week stay we had. The staff are the stars of the show. All shifts went above and beyond to make sure my children and I were comfortable. They assisted us with everything from ordering food, recommendations, for popular and activities and historical sites of istanbul. I fell sick for a few days and was recommended a wonderful traditional yogurt that kept me well hydrated and feeling better as well as their sauna, which did wonders for my breathing. The staff was never too busy to answer our questions. We've never experienced such attentive staff 5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 all the way. Staff speaks wonderful English and even helped us find some of our American favorites The breakfast was excellent as well full of delicious traditional Turkish foods which did not disappoint. My children really loved the pool and the sauna was my favorite mode of relaxation. The cleaning g staff did a wonderful job as well. We would come back from a busy day with fresh clean linens and rooms ready for rest.Blue Vista is a gem in Istanbul I highly recommend. The people working at Blue Vista Hotel were an absolute dream. I was there with my wife for her rhinoplasty and I ended up getting Covid at the same time that she was recovering. The staff at the hotel became like a family to us. Literally saved our lives many times. I have never received such hospitality in my life. To add...the hotel is immaculate. We were in the penthouse suite, and the view is incredible. The beds are very comfortable and it is quiet, which is important to me and my wife. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel. I recommend it to everyone who visits Istanbul and Avcilar. If you do, please say hi to Emran and Serhat.

The area was not my favourite area to visit in Istanbul. Also, it is a high-traffic area, although you can't hear anything in the hotel room. You will witness some poverty nearby although the hotel is very high-class.

The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful, as well as professional. The location was very nice. A calmer area of Istanbul...yet not far from the Metro Station and Bus Routes. The room was actually a 2 bedroom apartment, which was very nice and clean with great views and close to markets and restaurants. It also has a very nice swimming pool/spa and the breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend this establishment.

The room/apartment was very spacious. The view from the our terrace was amazing. You are able to see the splendid Istanbul, espacially if you are accomodated on a higher floor :) The staff was very kindly and supportive and the facilities were quite good. There was a problem with the warm water. However the technical support fixed the problem.

I am not happy with the quality level of the cleaning services provided. During our 3 days stay the room wasn't cleaned at all. I would recommend to better this service.

I am so amazed with the reception team, stuffs in breakfast and housekeeping. They are very warm welcoming and doing their best to make your stay memorable. I loved ambiance of the hotel and very cold , clean and nice entrance. They offer you immediately with bottle of cold water and coffee on ur choice. Rooms are so big and clean with Full AC facilities, Wi-Fi

if you have a car, the hotel location is not important. but if you ar travelling without a car, then you would struggle a bit, because it is located in the neighbourhood a bit further away from main transport arteries and is upscale. so you walk upwards, which will make you sweat.

toiletries in the shower could be of a bigger size.

The hotel is at a higher altitude than the main street , if you are carrying heavy bags it is better to take a taxi , there is a noise in the room every time the elevator works

The property was very clean and it feels like a brand new building. I loved the rooms especially my suite that had two more small beds in case I was accompanied. I also appreciated the crew , they were so nice and kind. Shoutout to the fabulous Kirac , he was a good support

The breakfast was pure Turkish, there was not much diversity, let alone juice. Breakfast could use a little help and their menu is kind of limited

staff are very friendly and helpful to the max - room was clean and air-condition was perfect - quiet and comfortable - thier staff are warmth and kind to my kids - defiantly coming back to Blue Vista when visit Istanbul- thank you all Nasreldin and family - Los Angels USA

The hotel is kept well, very clean and is in a good location, close to amenities. Mustafi was great, assisted us with a connection problem we had with the TV in a couple minutes. Good variety of breakfast, offering local options of both savoury and sweet food. Highly recommend this!
