The location couldn’t be better, so convenient! Connects to the train station by a pleasant, modern promenade. Minutes away from excellent shopping choices and eateries. We arrived during the cold winter season so it was a relief to discover that the hotel is just steps away from getting off the train! Onsen not a natural spring but very nice. Lobby has a nice ambience, well designed and comfortable and cozy, with nice touches, thoughtful. Breakfast buffet was pretty good, worth it.

The breakfast is abundant with choices by Japanese standards. It's very authentic local food. Having stayed in many hotels in Tokyo, and this is really the best compared in any measure. The staff is super nice and courteous. The clean crew really pays attention. I have a small blanket. They always fold it nicely. The room has everything you need, and the location is fantastic. it is on the east side of the train station, not too crowded compared to the west side, but easy access to all the shops and food places.

Everything was great! Comfortable room, great location, spacious bath, amazing breakfast and evening bar service. I might have been the only American there, yet it was welcoming and comfortable.

The hotel very near to Takasaki station and we can walk through the sky bridge from the station direct to hotel. Very safe area and plenty of shopping store also department store, easy to find something to eat even late at night. Hotel so clean and staffs very friendly and helpful. My room is big enough. Would recommend to other friends

Shower curtain a bit smelly

Good points are 1.Jacuzzi in onsen pool.2.Much Varieties of self-pickup amendities such as facial mask, eye hotpack.3. Coffee &tea machine at lobby. Bad point for me is the space of room is very small.

5mins walk from Takasaki sta. Hotel public bath is impressive. Air condition work well with heater and cooler mode. Hotel staffs, they are nice and helpful assistance.

Helpful staff..tried their best to converse in English....they gave a 100yen discount for.public car park.linked to hotel...short walk to station.. Lots of eateries..
