Excellent hotel that feels brand new, with beautiful and spacious (and super clean) rooms, with good views. The staff was great and super cordial. Parking is underneath the hotel and valet service is super efficient. The highlight of this hotel is their thermal water pool. Although very hot (sometimes 41 celcius - usually 38/39) you can tell that it's good quality water straight from the source. Very relaxing and hopefully beneficial. Would gladly return.

What was most unpleasant was the extremely inflated restaurant prices inside the hotel. It felt completely unreasonable, although quality was good. It's also fairly far away from the city center, although if you are looking for thermal waters you won't find them inside the city. Walkable though... Breakfast was ok, but nothing amazing, and definitely not worth the high price.

The customer service was excellent the staff were very friendly and helpful from unloading our luggage to loading it. Additionally, the room’s view and cleanliness was spotless and breath taking. What we loved the most was the thermal pool and turkish bath we used it everyday on our stay to relax before we slept. The room’s bed was very comfortable and bathroom was very modern and sleek. Everyday the room’s were cleaned to a very high standard which was great. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone in Bursa

The breakfast was a little lacking as it was the same thing everyday so it felt quite repetitive, if they could have changed it up everyday that would have been much better. Also, more information could be given for certain facilities from staff as at first we were confused on where to collect the towels and shampoos for the spa and turkish bath. We had to figure it out ourselves by asking other guests. I’d recommend the hotel to add information booklets in the room so guests can know where the facilities are located as we didn’t know where the breakfast floor was located.

We enjoyed our stay, hotel, room and beautiful city. Thanks for compliment, we got some movenpick candys at arrival. But at desk was very slow manager, maybe intern. Maybe it was language barrier. When we checked out, they didn’t check our room and didn’t say that we left some stuff. Even when we came 4 hours later to pick up our bags, nobody said that we left my stuff at room. I forgot my swimsuit at room, but unfortunately nobody noticed me.

The rooftop restaurant served nice food and the reception of the hotel was staffed by friendly and knowledgeable members of staff. The beds were comfortable and clean and the bathroom was large enough for my use.

The waiters in the rooftop restaurant as they were difficult to get a hold of despite our table being the only one and I disliked that they added a gratuity to the bill as I felt they were undeserving of it. The food in the breakfast buffet was neither exciting to the eye or palette. It was something I would expect in a 2/3 star ranked hotel especially considering the extra you pay for it. The showers in the spa area were broken and the water dispenser had no cups to go with it so 39c water and no drink available.

The rooms were a good sign, modern and well furnished. The view from our room was spectacular. The end to end service by the hotel and all staff was impeccable, Firat being my standout. Facilities were great. The natural thermal swimming pool, hammam, sauna…all super clean and well presented. We really enjoyed our stay and thank the staff who made it what it was.

From time to time the internet was a bit patchy. But overall not a big issue

The hotel is Very nice, good decorated, have a lot of facilities. The spa with A poil is included in the room price. The staff is very friendly and polite. They upgrafed my room for free and some sweets with A cake was as a compliment from the hotel. The vey from the roof is gorgeous. Breakfast is rich and quite good.

The water in the pool was 39 degrees Celsius, it is too hot. Coffee is not very good in the breakfast.

I love this hotel and i would always stay in it whenever i visit Bursa Great staff, Great location, Always clean

The only thing that i would say was not as good as it was is the bed It wasn’t as comfortable (used to much, that it became uneven)

Every time I come to Bursa, I choose this wonderful hotel, I like the location of this hotel, I like the stuff, I like the service, when I told them that my wife and me were having our Marriage anniversary, they gave us sweet and cake, its very good gesture and kind of them The good thing that when you have a car, they will take the whole duty of parking you car, which I really liked this service so much, whenever I will come back to Bursa, I will stay in this lovely hotel

It would be nice of they open the gym for 24 hours

Unfortunately bed mattress not comfortable to have good night sleep. Also we had to ask more than once for nescafe (instant)

Superb hospitality, warm & friendly staff , great facilities! A big shout out to Ms Deniz , Mr Abdullah , Mr Ceyda at the reception for their amazing service and help . Ms Deniz speaks good English and has been v helpful . Also the guys at the breakfast have been great to - Ms Sevinc and Hakkam have also provided great service . There is nothing much to do around the hotel but it’s a v quick & short ride away from the main attractions. what’s more that the guys at the front desk help u to call the taxi , which makes it v convenient! All in all a perfect place to spend a few days in Bursa , will be back for sure !
