Great bed very comfy. Very nice staff. Great location and the breakfast is a 10.

Bathroom was smelly all the time. The parking was just on the street at the rear of the hotel. The entire time we were there we had no hot water we had just above cold showers very poor.

We came to Zest for some much needed rest, and Victoria and her team went out of their way to give us the best holiday ever. We were impressed by the attention to detail and the forethought that went into the room design. Every day upon returning to our room to grab our beach gear after breakfast, we walked in to spotless, freshly mopped floors and fresh towels and amenities. We had a few unusual, challenging requests, but Victoria went the extra mile to help us out. The breakfast was generous and delicious. The in-house restaurant’s food was also excellent. The magic of being so close to the beach cannot be exaggerated.It was comforting to see that all the personel seemed happy to work there and that they’re well looked after. We look forward to returning to Zest and we’re recommending them to others every chance we get.

It is a beautiful property right on the beach. The room are modern and clean, the breakfast is excellent and right on the water. The staff was super helpful.

Parking was not readily available in the limited spaces by the entrance, but staff was always available to repark the car. The hotel is two doors down from an outdoor concert venue. During the holiday week there were concerts every night. The music was loud but finished promptly at midnight every night.

Location-great, right at the beach. Breakfast-typical Turkish, we were informed by our friends travelling for longer than us in Turkey that we must not expect a western breakfast. They did serve eggs, but besides that it is bread, cheeses, fresh veggies, sauces, baked salty pastry and you learn how to drink their tea. Room-we ended up on the second night to change rooms, it was a family room with a double and single bed, spacious bathroom, big shower and enough space to unpack your clothes. They have aircon in the rooms and a netted sliding door to keep the bugs out. The balcony was fine, we visited our friends in their room and sat on the balcony and chatted while the sun sets. Pool-its cleaned every day, just too cold for us to swim as we visited during spring. ocean-clean and loungers every where. There is a bus that comes past the hotel in the street behind it, we rented a car instead.

Hot water-it takes time to warm up, open the shower and do something else while you wait. Noise-the passage way is tiled & some guests have no manners, slam doors and talk in the passage way. Club-there is a club/bar 2 buildings away, they play music till just after 12am, luckily you dont hear it if you put in ear plugs which we did. Parking is limited but we managed to find space nearby every night as the hotel dont have their own parking. Street dogs-i LOVE dogs so did not mind them at all, but there is one naughty one that sometimes barks at night while you are sleeping (husband heard it on the nights he did not put in the earplugs)

Hotel staff is so friendly. Hotel is right in front of the beach and the one of the best sea that you can swim. Breakfast is so nice and even the lunch and dinner menu is quite rich and food is delicious. Prices are also reasonable compared to the similar restaurants there. You can enjoy your dinner on a table set right next to the sea with a nice view and ambiance. Location is perfect as you can walk near the beach to see different spots.

I initially booked this accommodation for my sister and I ended up visiting later on. It was comfortable and clean.

My sister ordered a fruit juice and paid on the spot. Unfortunately on the checkout day she was asked to pay again. She didn’t keep the receipt to prove it paid and they didn’t believe that she paid for it, it was charged to her room for second time, staff kept arguing about a lousy fruit drink.

My daughter and I stayed at Zest Exclusive hotel and spa from 21.08.2022 to 26.08.2022 at double delux room with one bed. The hotel is comfortable, everything is designed and arranged with good taste, there are a lot of flowers everywhere inside, flowers and trees at the territory, natural materials... There was an indirect sea view from the room. The beach with comfortable chaiselongs and ambrellars is in two steps from the hotel through the promenade. Breakfasts were included in the price. They were very tasty and fresh, with good veriety of dishes and are offered from 8 to 11 o'clock, so you may get your breakfast at any time within this frame. Coffee is paid separetely. The restaurant is very good with very smart veranda at the beach. The staff is very polite and pleasant at the hotel, at the restaurant and at the beach.

The live music from the nearby hotel Herodot started at about 9 o'clock in the evening and went on non stop till 12-30 or even late at night. So, this was very much annoying and we couldn't sleep till the end of this "concerts". We always like to sleep with open balcony, but have to close it and put on the conditioner, and even in this case it was difficult to sleep.

the location is perfect , everything is around you . the beachfront is so clean and water is amazing , the rooms are cleaned daily and the staff are very friendly and helpful , I will always recommend this hotel

Zest is unreal value for money - right on the beach, a very nice room as pictured, great restaurant, pool and all on your doorstep. There’s loads of other shops and restaurants along the beach front. All the staff are extremely nice and friendly! We especially appreciated how helpful all the Rokka Restaurant staff were with our big and complicated orders - the food was consistently excellent. It was a brilliant vacation for all me and my friends. You can get taxis very cheap (they take around 5-10 mins to arrive) to virtually any part of Bodrum. The hotel organised airport transfer was very useful both to and from the airport. Highly recommend staying at Zest!

No hot water at times. The bedding isn’t the most comfortable, but certainly nothing wrong with it! You also only get a single sheet and not a duvet.
