Room was very clean and they attended to it during our stay without asking. Fresh towels always left. Staff very friendly

Parking was a little tight for a bigger vehicle coming in late but we parked farther away and had no issues. Not much to complain about at all

Loved the location and it was very clean. Staff was super friendly. Pool was awesome!

The worse part was in our room 104 the air conditioning was so loud. Not like a little loud like so loud a car was parked in the room revving its engines. It made the night in sleep able if that’s a thing. It was either hot or so loud you couldn’t hear the tv.

For the money we got a large room that was well kept and clean. The bathroom and shower area was very accommodating. The breakfast was good with lots of options that even impressed my 6 year old. We also enjoyed the large towels in the pool area. It's located very close to a grocery store if you need anything, and walmart is right across the way.

Newly renovated, clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good and walk-in shower was a plus. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of close by restaurants and stores, but Downtown Troy, a couple of miles away, was a great place to get an ice cream cone and walk around after a long day of driving.

Seriously this hotel has nothing to complain about. From check in to checkout the staff was so polite and helpful, the room amenities were spot on and clean. Breakfast was the best we’ve ever had in a hotel like this. We were at the property for less than 8 hours and we wish we had more time to stay and enjoy it.

More selection at breakfast would have been nice. Queen sized beds in the room would have been much better than full.

Darkening shades. Water pressure in shower. Towels and wash cloth. Quiet flush on toilet. Bed was perfect firmness and pillows comfortable.

Pool closed. Ceiling panels in shower are pillowing from the moisture because the wrong product was used.

Clean and the staff was very friendly!!

Nice, clean room, comfortable beds, and a great breakfast in the morning. I wasn’t there long enough to utilize the pool and the workout room, but it looked very nice.
