The gentleman named Stephen who takes care of the breakfast was such a joy and did a fantastic job.

The only complaint I had through our entire stay was the people across the hall.. loud and obnoxious all night long, slamming doors and talking loud and in and out all night. I reported that to the desk after the first night. He said he would call them.. but it didn't keep them any quieter the second night. I feel like that wasn't really on the hotel.

Property was close to highway and shopping. It was a good value.

The room was clean and well furnished. The facility itself was clean too with one exception. New carpets were in the hallways but the elevator carpet was filthy. The elevator is used a lot and seen by a good percentage of the guests..

Location, great value, comfort!!

The Pool was nice but the water was too cold to swim in. Customer service on arrival was not very friendly or professional. I had to wait approximately 15 min, before I got checked in, and then the lady , who finally waited on me, appeared to be annoyed. She definitely could use an in service on her customer service skills.

The staff was the friendliest of any of my past hotel stays. I loved that breakfast options and how quickly towels/trash/ toiletries were replenished. I loved the sitting area in the room, so we did not have to sit on the beds constantly.

The TV was able to adjust away from the wall, but is should be more central to the room so that feature could be used from sitting area as well as bed.

Overall the interior and the breakfast offerings was among the best of Quality Inns I've stayed at.

The bed was a little hard for my liking. And the location of the chair and couch was subpar. You couldn't watch the TV from the chair and couch.

The breakfast was very good, better than you get at most other motels. the location was also close to gas stations & the I-75 which was excellent as access to it was quick & easy. The ramp at that location was also quite long so you could build up speed to merge with the flow of traffic which was moving about 80 mph.

I found that the temperature in the room was a little too warm but then the area was experiencing unusually warm weather for mid-Feb. The rooms were spacious & well appointed. I will choose this motel on our next winter vacation in Florida.

The guy who checked me in was very helpful I was having a bit of trouble and he was very patient and sympathetic

Everything was great

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We was in town for a baseball tournament and was needing to wash uniforms, their public washer was not working and the front desk offered to wash the boys uniforms for our boys.

Everything was great! Being a solo traveler,I felt very safe. The staff were pleasant and friendly. I appreciate the fact that housekeeping wouldn't bother me unless I requested their services.The hotel location had easy access to restaurants right across the street. I plan to return in the near future.

There is nothing I didn't like.

Clean, wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Lucky was so wonderful and did everything to make our stay perfect.
