Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard for chain hotels with plenty of food. Fresh fruit was very good.

Servicing of my room was disappointing. Serviced on first day although bin wasn't emptied and in-room coffee supplies were never replenished. Room was not serviced (cleaning, bed-making, bins, etc) at all on day 2. Requested servicing for next day (day 3) but it still wasn't done.

Stayed one night and everything was great for us. The staff was great. It was clean, etc. There were car break-ins and thankfully our vehicles were okay. The break-ins were throughout the area so it was not the hotel's fault. They were very empathetic with those guests. However, strongly recommend keeping all valuables out of site and doing anything possible to deter thieves like maybe not having a high-end vehicle, avoiding tints, etc. Unsure how much that would help and unfortunate to consider, but the actual staff and hotel were great.

Comparing to this what I got used in Europe - breakfast tasty but variety of food very limited and without vegetables. But as I told - tasty 😋 and with these funny pancakes :)

It looked new and welcoming, felt safe and was right off the highway! There’s plenty of parking available, nice big lot. The staff was fantastic and we got in after 11pm. They were so kind and chill. They got us a new room when the fridge wasn’t cold yet in the first one without any issues, quick and easy. The beds were comfortable, the AC kept the room at a good temperature, and we slept like babies! The double beds were a bit small, but we each slept in our own instead of sharing and felt like kings! The room was clean upon arrival with lots of clean towels. There was a mini-fridge, microwave, and a single cup Keurig - my partner said it was the best cup of coffee he’d had on our trip so far! So, better than gas station coffee anyway! Overall a truly wonderful stay!

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to navigate - the temp when the shower was on was vastly different from when the bathtub faucet was on. The fridge didn’t really get cold enough and I’m a little worried about the food we had in our cooler, but it was better than nothing for sure!

Location and price was very good. Room was clean and comfortable and we loved the breakfast! The young lady taking care of it was very pleasant and efficient at keeping it well stocked and clean! Nick was very personable and kind on check-in of which I was glad it was him I got to deal with. I accidentally reserved the room for the same day on the previous Saturday, total mistake, and he helped me correct my wrongdoing and was extremely nice and helpful doing so! Good asset to your hotel!

Everything was as expected except the plugs in the room were wobbly and wouldn’t hold our charging cubes. Finally located one on the desk across the room. Also the toilet was low enough for a three year old. I have a bad knee and it was a struggle to get up. No “bell” on the counter meant we waited for clerk to show up in order to check in. But she was friendly. Breakfast was very good!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. I imagine the location and appliances have not been updated due to its location. Could use an upgrade but you get what you need from this place regardless. Conveniently located near the Dayton International Airport.

I had a few issues with the microwave and telephone but they were addressed as soon as I reported them.

Front desk gal was super friendly and helpful. She gave me extra conditioner because I forgot mine. Room was clean and comfortable. I slept great!

The only thing I can say is that I don't like carpet in rooms and I sprayed my mite/bbug spray first to be safe and I always wear slippers. There is popcorn ceiling paint peeling and dropping into the shower and onto the writing desk area.

I liked the price of the rooms, friendly helpful staff, and the cleanliness of the entire hotel! Also, the free breakfast was an awesome bonus as well

The only thing I didn't like was the lack of extra pillows,(minor issue) and the loudness of the planes and 18 wheelers, but that's no fault of yours. Also, could use some pull out beds maybe? Food for thought, overall a good hotel though

The beds are comfortable. The staff are amazing and friendly. Very clean and they have fair breakfast. You dont want to be late if you are looking for breakfast

The only thing that i didnt like was the guest above me was very noisy for 3 days but the staff did a great job to talk him and keep him quiet for sleeping time.
