First the staff that signed me in was very cheerful, friendly and helpful with a great suggestions for local good restaurants. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was great. Good variety. 👍🏻

Our window faced out to the back. And although the dark shades were nice, the light from the parking area still shown through the edges. A bit annoying. The refrigerator was not working properly and all iced up but did not keep a good cool temperature. For one night it wasn’t worth a room change. The hair conditioner bottle was empty. Again minor but worth mentioning. Not a deal breaker.

My daughter had a 3 day competition and this hotel was 2 mins away from where she had to be every morning at 5am. We were so happy to find this hotel last minute. Very clean, very friendly, very quiet, comfy rooms with plenty of space for 2 adults and two teenage girls. Plenty of places to eat, walmart across the street. So this was the perfect place to be.

Very spacious and clean rooms. Great location with many retail/restaurants located nearby.

There was no hot water at the coffee station the evening, and the light roast coffee wasn't very good.

The breakfast offered many options and was great to have for getting an early start. The beds and linens are quite nice and better than another pricier hotel we stayed at during this same trip. The couple of chairs, business desk and ample outlets are great for all the technology I drag around.

Seems no hotels are offering room cleaning I suppose due to covid. The trash cans are small and there could be somewhere for trash besides these tiny receptacles for people traveling.

The room was great and we liked using the pool and the fitness room. It is a great location for shopping and eating and was close to the hospital to see our first grandchild.

The fitness lights going out . That's my only complaint. Very minor.

Everything was nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast could have been nicer. Coffee cups were too small.

The property charged me an additional $75.00 for my small pet dog. The animal is well trained and house broken..l would understand a $30.00 surcharge, but $75.00 was an another 80% on top of the room charge. Won’t be staying at Hampton Inns again.. Choice Hotels only charge the $30.00

The breakfast was a very good spread,, and the mattresses were new and a very good quality which made sleeping very comfortable. I guess my biggest disappointment was there were no containers for recycling in the rooms or anywhere around the breakfast area or lobby.

There were whirlpools in the room that did not work, and are no longer hip to have so should be removed, and it be a simple separation of the bedroom and bathroom area

i enjoyed the breakfast and the kind folks at the counter when i came in.

nothing was to dislike. everything went perfectly.

It was clean and comfortable and quiet.

My first impression was not very good as the front entrance seemed dirty. I think the front outside needs power washed. After seeing the front I didn’t really expect the place to be clean but it was. First impressions are important.
