I liked that the location was not far from the airport. This was important because my wife and I were spending time in Ohio visiting some friends and participating in an event, and we did not want to book a place that would be a considerable distance to or from the airport. The room was huge and comfortable, particularly the bed; we had some of the best sleep we've had in a while. The breakfast was good. We didn't get much on Friday morning because we came downstairs around 8:45 a.m., so pickings were slim. On the other days, we did manage to enjoy a nice meal. The selection is basic, with some changes to the hot meals. However, if you aren't feeling hotel breakfast, there are some nice food options around the place.

The hotel location is great, if you have a car. If you are dependent on taxis or Uber, you will spend a considerable amount of time waiting. My wife and I had an event to attend on Saturday morning, and it took us nearly 45 minutes to get an Uber. We had asked a staff member if they had any recommendations for a taxi service or contact, and we were just told, they don't offer that service. We knew coming to the hotel, that they didn't offer taxi services or shuttles. What we were interested in was that as foreigners visiting your hotel, if you could take a couple of minutes just to give us some advice on how to get around. It's paying attention to small details like that would help with having a return customer.

Bathroom appeared to be recently renovated. Nice although we were only there a few hours over night and didn't use the shower or tub. Just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. I would definitely return if we visited the area again.

Room was dusty. I had to clean coffee maker and Ice bucket before using them.

The checkin was smooth; room was, comfortable spacious and well-supplied with amenities. The breakfsst was had somple, but hood choices. Also, the staff was helpful and friendly.

The mini-fridge had an unusual sound and ran 100% of the tome. We unplugged it and they the front desk know.

Beautiful accomodations, bed and pillows were comfortable. Everything looked new. Very clean. Close to several restaurants in easy walking distance. Breakfast choices range from hot food, waffles, eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy. Sweet rolls, yogurt, etc big selection. Coffee and juices. Would stay again if in the area.

The staff were always cleaning, even at 9pm. The room was very clean, and spacious. Breakfast was your typical hotel food but served hot. Coffee was very good. I was traveling with bikes and was offered to have them put in storage instead of in my room. Location was 1 mile from biking trails.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean. The breakfast was good.

There was only one person working the front desk which delayed our checkin. There was another person there, but he did not help with the line. The woman at the front desk was very nice.

It was very clean and looked like it was just updated.

We had gotten two rooms. Had everything had shampoo and conditioner. Our room did not. The one room had apple juice from the other occupant or cleaning staff left in the room on the windowsill.

everything except the bed, but unfortunately the bed is the most important thing in a hotel stay.

hotels need to understand that the primary purpose of a patrons stay is a place to sleep. I appreciate a clean facility. I appreciate a good breakfast. I appreciate friendly staff. but all that is for naught if the bed isn't super comfortable and unfortunately most aren't. this one was better than some but certainly far from the best.

The first thing I noticed was how clean and inviting it was as you walked in the front door. The room was immaculate. We will stay in this hotel every time we visit from now on. We have family in Troy.

Location was great - easy to find. The room was great - clean and comfortable. The sausage and gravy and biscuit at breakfast was delicious - the best I have had for a long time anywhere. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
