This hotel exceeded all expectations! The rooms were beautifully designed, offering top-tier comfort and elegance. The staff was incredibly polite and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The restaurant was a true gem—exquisite cuisine, especially the pizza, which was nothing short of perfection. Breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. The entire experience was so enjoyable that I can’t wait to come back!

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything was of the highest quality, from the service to the food and accommodations.

Upon arrival, the reception was extremely friendly and advise we had a free upgrade to the hotel Lomazzo while we had booked for the Motel Lomazzo which is adjacent. I replied nothing was mentioned on the site of booking and the answer was that rooms described as "independencia" or something like that means the Motel and not the Hotel. Personally, I would prefer to have a clear description of the options of Motel or Hotel, and let the guest pay for what he chooses. For my last booking at same hotel, i booked in the same way and had a similar room, without feeling I received a favor to be in the Hotel side while I had booked in the Motel side. Other than that, staff was extremely welcoming and with warm hospitality. I recommend the place to travellers.

Very nice hotel near highway and the airport, pleasant staff in the reception and in the bar. My son and I arrived from the airport late at night (the flight was delayed due to a storm) and we were really hungry, the restaurant was already closed, but the gentlemen at the bar made us food and were very helpful and funny. The room was a bit older, but clean, the beds were comfortable, it was cleaned daily and everything was to our satisfaction. The breakfasts were quite sufficient. Free parking either outside in front of the hotel or in the underground garages below the hotel, perfect. I recommend the accommodation!

The bed was very comfortable and especially after 10h trip that’s what we needed. They had a bed and water bowl for our dog ( which was very thoughtful). Breakfast was also nice and it was convenient that the location was next to the highway. The restaurant was also nice and the people at the reception. The room and spaces were clean.

Even if everything was clean, the hotel does need some maintenance. It’s small things in the room that could definitely get fixed.

Easy to find, close to the motorway. We got an upgrade to a nicer room with a balcony. Great shower and comfortable bed. The hotel has a restaurant/pizzeria which is reasonably priced. The pizzas we had were superb.

Breakfast was a bit limited: it could be easily improved by having real Italian bread instead of long life sliced and possibly some fresh vegetables and fruit choices. The hot food selection looked unappetising and didn’t taste nice.

Lovely welcoming staff and a very comfortable big room and bed. Had an excellent night's sleep. Our request for a low floor was met. The hotel is easy to find off the motorway and has ample parking. Dinner - we chose to have served outside and the service was efficient and charming. Portions are huge - not often salads defeat us. Breakfast - a bit more chaotic due to the layout of the multiple buffet stations. Again very helpful staff. A wide choice of hot and cold food. We will definitely stay here again.

We had asked for a quiet room with normal windows, and what we were given was very nice and much better than what we had a couple of months ago (last time we had a room with the windows painted over and a sagging mattress). The location is conveniently close to the Swiss border and the autostrada. Staff was very nice.

The breakfast room is rather cramped, food is not always replenished. Limited choice given the price.

Outstanding value. Perfect location - just short drive off the main road on our way down to southern Italy. Spacious room. Clean. Secure and large parking area (free). Breakfast was wonderful (included in the price). Restaurant onsite for dinner - good Italian food. Wifi was ok. Highly recommend this hotel to break up a long trip.

Not a big issue but the window had a screen on it which completely blocked the outside view - can cause some claustrophobic feeling.

Conveniently located just next to motorway exit. Proximity of motorway not a problem since room had excellent soundproofing and aircon. Good substantial breakfast with hot and cold options. Plentiful free car parking. Friendly staff

Not really near anything else. Restaurant doesn’t open until 19:30 and is a bit of a windowless cavern unless you sit outside in the heat. Service is friendly and efficient but food nothing special - kind of works canteen level

This was our fifth time in the Just Hotel I guess and we will come back again. It is perfectly located for an overnight stay on our way to the holidays. We had a great time there.

The included breakfast was ok - not more. Fair enough, you should not expect a five star breakfast ! But the biggest let down was the coffee. You could expect a descent Espresso in the morning but the one out of the machine was terrible.
