Looks kind of outdated from the outside but exceptionally clean and updated on the inside! Honestly, this was the absolute cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I have done a LOT of traveling! I didn’t find a single stray hair on the carpet, a speck of dust on the shelf, no smudges on the table or light switches or anything! The housekeepers were even cleaning the filters in the AC units as we were leaving! I loved that they had a clean, roll-away crib free of charge (especially instead of a pack-n-play that can’t be cleaned) and the beds were mostly comfortable for one night (my husband and I both prefer different firmness levels, so we both had to compromise, not a deal breaker). We arrived late, around 10:45pm, and it was very quiet. We tried so hard to keep our 8yo and toddler quiet but after being in a car for a 9 hour drive that day and I felt bad for whoever was below us hearing them stomping around briefly. We slept in late and got up closer to 10am, and most of the hotel had cleared out by then and we had no clue, everyone was so quiet. They had a simple continental breakfast that was open until 10am which was helpful, with some juices, milk, cereal bowls, fruit, a waffle maker, and a few other things that I didn’t see. The person who checked us in at night was so friendly and polite and he could see I was tired. He gave me the basic “need to know” quickly and rolled the crib and bedding down to our room before we even got our toddler out of his car seat! The lady at the front desk at check out was friendly and wished us well and smiled and said bye to our very friendly toddler, which I know he appreciated too, lol.

One spot on the floor just outside the doorway to the sink was very creaky and loud, which we just learned to sidestep so as not to wake up our toddler. Out of the 4 small milk cartons we grabbed from breakfast, 2 were very spoiled despite being 3+ days before the expiration dates. That was not pleasant to discover, but I am always overly cautious about expiration dates always, so I was prepared lol.

Good location on town's main street, though it's a very small town so nothing is very far. Nice staff--helpful and accommodating. Decent size room that seemed very clean. Large, comfortable bed. Everything in room seemed to work. Decent amount of breakfast offerings. Good overall for less than $90/night.

No freezer section in mini-fridge. WiFi pretty slow but that might've been due to the place being sold out and all rooms on WiFi.

I read all the reviews and decided to take a chance on this 3 star motel. It did not disappoint. The bed and pillows were great!! The bathroom was nice and shower head had lots of power. Only complaint was the towels were super thin, but other than that everything was great! We would stay there again, especially in room 214, very quite away from the street and parking lot.

Breakfast was pretty basic. The breakfast room was pretty small and had only two tables, but each room had a table and two chairs so you could take your breakfast to the room. Given the limitations of space, this worked well enough, and surely was much quieter. The room was well lit, and was the only motel room during six days on the road where I could actually read the book I had brought along. Beds were very comfortable. One of the best restaurants in town for all three meals was right across the street.

The room could have had a few more power outlets for people who have medical equipment to plug in, and phones to charge and hearing aids with rechargeable batteries and battery cameras to recharge, etc., etc. Other than that, it was a good place to stay.

After disappointments over the years from most mid-priced motel chains, I found this location to be a welcome, tidy, & positive experience. Room and its furnishings, linens, and bath areas were inviting. Lot and grounds were clean and litter free. No noise or commotion outside the rooms.

Breakfast and dining area is exceptionally clean and well presented but it lacks solid choices such as scrambled eggs or sausage. It’s a Continental Breakfast of rolls, bagels, fruit, yogurt, & cereal, with a typical waffle maker. I give it a B+.

It’s so refreshing to get more value for less cost. The hotel I stayed in the other night cost twice as much, and I had at least four cleanliness and one maintenance issue to report to the manager. Everything in this room is clean and in working order and stocked. I am a travel agent and I book a lot of people to Winnemucca and I will be recommending the days in.

Room was nice, clean, convenient parking at ground level with room.

The stay was pleasant, however I noted an undeclared pet fee of $100 applied to my credit card. When checking in at the hotel and while signing a disclosure form, I stated I had a pet with me. Apparently, it was not heard by the attendant at the desk. We use Booking.com and seek pet friendly hotels, we have always declared our pet, and paid appropriate pet fees. When I called to question the fee, the desk declared I was not telling the truth. Hotels need to post signs for fees, or the forms used need to simply ASK the question, “DO YOU HAVE A PET?” Based on my interaction with the desk challenging this fee, I will NEVER choose to stay at this facility again.

INCREDIBLY CLEAN!!!!! It is the first thing you notice. So this IS a motel NOT a hotel, so plan accordingly 😊 Everything seemed new on the inside of the room. Staff was excellent, very helpful.

These are not complaints, but things to consider for diff people: Room while very nice is VERY small. This is a ranching, Nevada gambling town and is rugged, dusty and rural. WiFi while fast initially will diminish rapidly as people show up at night, but in the morning Upload and Download speeds were blazing. The manager told me they paid extra each month for that kind of connectivity. Hotel room cleaning begins at 7AM, they are not playing 😂 All you have to do is put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door and is no problem, but you WILL get a knock if you forget.

Rooms nicely done. We’ve been traveling from calif to Massachusetts for the past 7wks, staying at 12 hotels. I must say that all hotels were really very comfortable. What is different for us is that we decided to stay at hotels in the $95.00-100 dollar range. The quality of hotel is vastly different then the $50 -70 dollar range. Really appreciate the effort the 100 dollar hotels are doing to make the stay comfortable, clean and a pleasant place to stay after long days of driving and or just away from Home. If you can afford it, I suggest the 100 dollar range for a very affordable level of comfort. All the hotels offered a very substantial breakfast as well. That was appreciated. Consider the cost of dining out for breakfast when considering the 100 dollar hotels. It’s a no brainer. Thank you.

Really for 100 dollar hotel stay, everything about the hotels exceeded my expectations.

The room was clean and had a micro, coffee maker, and mini fridge. Daily self-serve breakfast was available each morning until 10AM. Great for travelers and quick stays.

Parking was a bit scarce in the evening. This property seems to be frequented by daily workers that leave early AM but there’s plenty of parking later in the day.
