From start to finish we loved our stay - picked up from the ferry to a warm welcome and special Alonissos cake on check in complete with recommendations on travelling around and restaurants . Our room was delightful with the best Greek bathroom I have seen with lovely toiletries and power shower . We didnt want to leave our balcony with harbour views and very comfortable sunbeds but its only a few minutes to a gorgeous swimming cove and lovely local eateries . The local bus goes from the end of the road to a different beach every day and is super easy to use and it is around a 20 minute walk into Pattitiri if you are looking for a wider choice of restaurant . Thank you very much Maria and family we had the most relaxing holiday ever !

Only that there are lots of stairs in Votsi but definitely improved the fitness !

We had an amazing stay at Pension Votsi. The location was perfect for us, just a short ride into the main harbour town of Patitiri and a great base for exploring the island and nearby beaches. We hired a moped to get around which worked well for us. Alonissos is such a beautiful island with stunning beaches to discover. Maria, her family and team are such genuinely lovely people and really looked after us and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. Her son Vassilis picked us up from the ferry and took us to the accommodation which was only a short 5 minute drive away. The room was very nice, spotlessly clean, comfy beds and well equipped with fridge/freezer and everything you could need. Really good Nespresso coffee machine in the room which was an added bonus! We had a terrace at the front which had a lovely view of the small Votsi harbour. Overall our favourite place we stayed at on our island hopping trip to the Sporades Islands.

Fantastic location, beautiful views over the very picturesque Votsi harbour and a short walk down to the small pebble beach for a swim; Maria and her team were helpful and friendly, made us feel so welcome with a small gestures of a welcome pastry, fruit at the reception counter and suggestions for our stay. Would highly recommend and would stay there again should we go back to Votsi. Maria’s son Vassilis is very responsive in answering questions on Booking.com and helped us with our bags on arrival and departure. Beautiful spacious verandah.

The Wi-Fi was intermittent and slow but not a huge problem.

Our stay was so enjoyable. Picked up from the port and dropped back on our last day. Our room was fabulous, spotless and perfect., the balcony and view stunning, well equipped, everything we needed, such attention to detail too. Maria and her son so friendly and perfect hosts - nothing was too much trouble. Maria, lovely and kind. Advised us where to go on the island and arranged car hire for us - at a reasonable price. We will definitely be returning as we loved Pension Vosti and the island - so much more to explore too.

The location and view are perfect, we had a sea view room and it was just like the picture. It is a short walk to the beach and several tavernas in the village. The room was very clean and the area is quiet. The owners are extremely helpful offering lifts to and from the port and lots of advice for your holiday.

The room was very luxurious, we could see that they invested a lot of money on furniture. The bed was very comfortable, the view was simply amazing. It was super clean every day, the owners were very friendly and showed us what to see on the island.

1. The parking is a little bit narrow if you come with a long vehicle like we did. 2. The sink was in the room, which I found that little bit weird. 3. There were no normal plates to eat in the room, just bowls for cereal. Just small details.

The views were stunning, the bed comfortable and the room clean. You need a car or scooter to get around Alonnisos anyway, but this location was perfect for accessing a couple of restaurants and the bay for swimming. Maria is a very special host and made me feel very welcome, they gave me great recommendations and helped me to organise transport and activities. I will be returning again.

We chose to stay in Votsi as it's roughly in the middle from all major locations. Pension Votsi was by far the best accommodation for the price. Very comfy room, large balcony with amazing view and two of the most friendly and helpful hosts I have ever met. They gave us a map marking all the hot spots and beaches, made their recommendations for bars and restaurants and where to rent a boat too.

In all honesty there isn't anything we didn't like. Maybe a small note is that as for many places in Alonissos, there is only public parking, but we were always able to find a parking spot outside the Pension.

Beautiful family run hotel with amazing views of Votsi harbour. Maria and her family were so warm and friendly and went over and above to make our stay as enjoyable as possible - even doing some washing for us when needed! They collected us and dropped us at the port when arriving and leaving and advised on good places to visit such as the best beaches and restaurants. The room was cleaned everyday and they were always on hand if we had any questions or needed any help. The view of the harbour was even better than expected. The hotel is in a perfect location with a few restaurants and cafe bars in Votsi and only a 20 minutes walk to Patitiri. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return one day. Huge thanks to Maria and family for making us feel so welcome!

Maria was such a lovely, kind host. We were made very welcome. The apartment was spotless, bedding and towels were changed every few days. The view from the balcony was stunning.
