Hotel Review: Nidhivan Sarovar, Vrindavan I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nidhivan Sarovar in Vrindavan, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The hotel is situated in an amazing location, offering a peaceful and serene and blissful atmosphere, The cleanliness of the hotel stood out — everything was very neat and well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment right from the moment I arrived. The customer service was excellent, with the staff going above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. They were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, ensuring I had everything I needed during our stay The breakfast was a highlight! It was delicious and offered a variety of options that were perfect to start the day on a high note. Overall, I highly recommend Nidhivan Sarovar for anyone visiting Vrindavan — the friendly staff, great amenities, and wonderful atmosphere truly made my stay memorable.

the hospitality was amazing. the staff were very helpful. they went all out, even arranged for a driver to drive us to Agra. we loved the food. the staff was so kind, they even gave me complimentary sabudana khitcheri on ekadasi. The staff is kind and generous, service is excellent

I think the carpet needs maintainable as does the upholstery in the dining area. Frequent power outages was concerning as well as we could not always get hot water. It's hard to deal with the water issues if u are traveling internationally, we are not used to this.

Food and no carpet in the room.The modified rooms are spacious

Carpet in corridor which is source of dust since they are not lifted and cleaned .Should have option for harder mattress .People with age and back problem can not sleep .Wife slept on couch .Coir foam mattress is good for same .Should keep few rooms with this option

The place was very nice, staff were excellent. What was alert down was the condition of the bathroom and the tiling was absolutely shocking, it was as if a 7 year old did the tiling and plumbing. It was horrendous thought the hotel. The air conditioner came on whenever it pleases also very noisy. The ladies who I suppose were there to assist were very rude I thought whilst I was taking to her she took a call on her phone and walked away from me as if I did not exist, extremely rude behaviour. In my option this hotel sholf only be approx 3500 rupees a night. Restaurant staff were good and the food was lovely.

The hotel is a wonderful modestly priced hotel well located to the major pilgrim sites in Vrindavan. The staff is very knowledgeable about the pilgrim sites, they have a scholar visiting in the evening to guide the guests. The attached restaurant has good vegetarian food. Please note that Vrindavan is vegetarian. The facilities are clean and well maintained.

Hotel staff was professional & friendly. Facilities were good, however we had issues with toilet drain, that was in shower area, which could not be resolved. Rooms are fairly spacious. Being in spritual land of Virndavan, all the staff is very polite & helpful. Resturant served very good vegetarian food, without onion & garlic. Breakfast buffet was good & had good variety. However I feel that overall the property is overpriced, by 10% to 15%.

Toilet drain issue in our room was not resolved.

It was one of the best hotels we stayed at. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Autos are available right outside and we were fortunate enough to have attended a wedding that took place at the hotel. It was a beautiful stay as they have a terrace restaurant that had warm heaters.

Breakfast was repeated every day with minor changes The hallway needs cleaning....smelled ...the bathroom looked old and corroded with black stuff... around the bottom... towels looked worn ... management needs to pay attention to their customers from all over the world....this hotel is geared for locals more so in my opinion

The property is in good area with ample space for parking and has very much cosmic vibes. For baby they gave exactly what we needed, cook was good though

The washroom was bit untidy, we asked for water kettle several times and when we received the replacement it was all rusted. We were with a toddler and we needed the hot water several times but wasnt able to do so because of rusted kettle.

The facilities and restaurant .

The House-keeping and reception team’s responsiveness is very poor . It took 3 hrs and many in-person follow-ups to get the bathroom floor-mate after check-in. Kettle didn’t work and it took one day and many reminders.
