We had a wonderful stay at this property. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained. Our room was clean, spacious and included everything we could ask for. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff in all areas of the hotel did a great job and nothing was too much trouble. The buffet breakfast was exceptional; we enjoyed it on all five days of our stay and were impressed by the variety of offerings. The dinner buffet was also excellent and we were spoilt for choice. We have recommended this property to family and friends & our already looking forward to our next stay here!

The staff are very welcoming and always at your service. The amazing breakfast is a must if you stay here from continental to south India and Gujarati breakfast..in the Rainbow veg restaurant Lots of choices you won’t go hungry. Again, thanks to all the chef and staff in the restaurant, especially Yogdash who always got me English breakfast tea with almond milk to perfection. Sangeet who manages to clean room is also superb. Bed are comfortable and clean towels and linen. Bathroom is clean and hot shower. On arrival there were beautiful chocolates in our room for welcoming us, which can be purchased from their hotel.

The staff. All of them including the reception staff who welcomed us with a genuine smile even at 12am. & master chef Alam, who personally attends to all guests and make us all feel welcomed

A few things in the room could be improved. 1. A towel hanging option would save a lot of laundry. 2. A hand-held shower in the bath. 3. Wash basin size is a bit small and water splashes everywhere, especially when shaving, etc.

They upgraded us for free. It was a nice surprise. The suite was big and spacious, with a living area and a bedroom. The hotel stuff was super helpful. The interior is such that you've been transported back to early 2000s - we actually liked it.

Having separate Veg and Non-Veg sections is a good option for vegetarian guests. The Veg spread in the dinner and breakfast were good.

Nothing in particular. The gym needs to be larger with more equipment for guests.

Location and facilities

I was told that tea will be served early morning as we were to leave by 6.30 am. But we came to know the reception while checking out that kitchen is not ready yet to serve the tea. That was not professional though

Excellent customer support and guest service. Exceptional breakfast buffet. A very friendly and welcoming environment.

The reception and room service guys were very nice and helpful. The staff at the restaurant was equally good. Ambience was up to the mark but basically it is the staff that makes it a more happy place to stay.

The pool was under maintenance.

The breakfast was superb and all the choices were unbelievable. The Staff were brilliant, friendly, helpful and extremely friendly. The room was excellent. Location confused me at first as being next to a hospital but was well located for the shopping malls - Vivian and Korum.

There was nothing really to dislike about this hotel. The only thing missing was a gym or at least I didn’t find it
