Great location and Ambience, the staff is very courteous and professional. Actually, we stayed at the Mariott convention center. We faced some inconvenience while check in, and Mr Sur was kind enough to make immediate amends and upgraded us. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. But a little cramped for triple occupancy and twin beds. The breakfast spread is excellent, especially the patisserie. Sausages and bacon are not a regular affair, advised them to make it standard offering. Could do well to offer more non vegetarian food.

The rooms were spacious with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was great with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a spa which was also nice and relaxing. Not to forget the gym children really enjoyed being there. The service was very good, and our stay was so relaxing. Which we look forward to after a very stressful incident. Thank you for your hospitality.

I would just suggest if there is ramp on the main entrance for people with difficulty walking or a side rail to hold on while walking in or out . None to complain

Breakfast was very good. All the Staff members including the Chef and JANA were very helpful in attending to our specific needs for breakfast . Nice location. Right from the entrance and Hotel executives were very much accommodative . Good spread of Fruits, Juices and breakfast menu

There was only one issue ..on the last day ,we did not get enough water in the wash room ,due to some major repair work in the pipe lines . However , that is not a major issue

The staff are really polite, friendly and professional at all times. The hotel is very clean, the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Housekeeping was amazing and they clean your room every day and stock up on toiletries, towels, and bottled water.

The only point I can give is they should pay more attention to the outside swimming seating area as pigeons make a mess...and possibly add some deck chairs for those who want to sit in the sun

We stayed there from 7th May to 10th may. Our stay was pleasant. We had interface with Mr.Hari, Mr.Gaurav, Mr.Prashant and Mr. Rugved as Marriott representatives at reception, operations and at the restaurant. Everybody was very warm and helpful. Rooms are pleasantly furnished , very clean. We enjoyed the view of Hussain Sagar from our room. Food is excellent. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would revisit in our next trip to Hyderabad.

Swimming pool is in another Marriott property across the road, although connected with sky bridge, it is slightly discouraging to go there all the way.

I recently stayed at Courtyard by Marriott and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. Their warm hospitality made me feel truly welcome. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was a highlight, thanks to the delicious food and impeccable service. Overall, Courtyard provided a fantastic stay. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning.

The staff were amazing. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by a young lady and she spoke to my wife and my child and spoke to them while I discussed the room and the breakfast. The room was spacious, clean and had all requirements we needed. The room service was quick and helpful

The loud noise when the rooms were being cleaned. We heard it when we got into the room and we understand all rooms need to be cleaned. Just didn't like the loud noise

Several people welcomed us with beautiful smiles at the arrival and departure even though we arrived and depart odd hours, which was very nice. We liked breakfast. Servers (manager) came to our table right away to ask drink for each meal. Stuff's service was excellent, and their smiles were genuine. They gave us plenty of bottled water, which was great!! They helped us for a sightseeing by calling Uber. The manager (Rugved) talked to the driver to ensure we would be taken care of. He gave me a WhatsApp # so that I could ask questions whenever I had, and he replied pretty quickly. Very impressive service! I didn't go out, but a lake is a walking distance. We had a peak view of the lake from our room.

We had lunch, and it was too salty for us. There were labels for dishes for each meal, but it would've been better if they had a little explanation what they were. Paper products (tissues, toilet papers, memo pads) were minimal in the room, and I wish they had more quality and quantity for those (i.e. Tissue box was only in the bathroom, and we wanted it in the bedroom too). The shower room design can be improved since it flooded to the outside of the door.

The room was excellent - spacious & comfortable. The facilities available in the room were top class - everything that was mentioned in the sit w was available and working. The staff hospitality was the very best that i have ever experienced. All the staff were welcoming and always looking for ways to help. They took the trouble to do something special for my young son too ! They provided us all the information we need for our travel and stay. The buffet breakfast spread is huge, excellent and very tasty. It has so much variety with live counters and the chouce to customize the meals. We also ordered food via room service twice and the food was great and the portions were more than enough. Special shout-out to Abshar in the front desk and Gaurav (and the chefs) in the restaurant for their special attention.

Nothing really - the overall experience was fantastic. Maybe the bathroom can be a bit bigger with an exhaust fan.

We stayed while watching India v England Test Match. The staff - couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. Particular mentions for Hassan at reception, Asif Shaikh who kindly arranged collection of our cricket tickets before arrival and the excellent Restaurant Manager Mr Gaurav - food was very good and we felt very well looked after. There were many others whose names we didn’t get.

Only minor issue was that air conditioning on in room smelt of damp a little
