We had a lovely stay at Celtis, the staff were the friendliest people, soo kind and welcoming, always around to help anytime, they also did our laundry with no problems. The rooms were huge, very clean and modern, seating area outside was lovely and had plenty of space to hang out wet clothes. The location was perfect, a short walk from the food market and the beaches, you can walk the distance of the island here so location isn’t a problem but this location was perfect for us. I highly recommend! The shower was lovely, separated to the toilet which was nice. Thank you so much to the owners for a lovely stay :)

Wonderful warm, friendly and helpful staff. Made us feel instantly welcome after a difficult journey to Malapasqua. Helped us get a private boat across from Maya Port for a fair price when we missed the last Ferry. Organised our trip to Kalanggaman Island again for a fair price. Very comfortable and clean accommodation set in a peaceful and attractive garden. Close to the food market where we enjoyed BBQ fish dinners. Short walk to the two main beaches and harbour. Would stay again.

Shower pressure manageable but a little weak however bathroom very nice overall. Short road leading up to property is in rough condition so when it rains there are huge puddles to cross by foot. Make sure to have a light when walking back in the dark to navigate these. Your feet will be wet and sandy much of your time on the island so not a big deal!

Great location in the middle of the island, equal distance to any beach or resort. Nicely tucked away in peaceful area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

You can't leave any food lying around at all or you will have a colony of ants walking through your room within minutes! That's the trade off for a room in nature ☺️ There were a few power outages and wifi in our section of the resort didn't work the entire time I was there, but that's not the resort's fault, they tried their best to get it fixed quickly.

We had a big, clean, comfortable bungalow with terrace and own bathroom. The wifi was good.

During check-in we had a disagreement with the staff because they said, we booked a room only with fan but in the room description was written ,,ac". We had to the call booking support. In the end we found a compromise. Salty water came out of the tap but maybe that's the case all over the island. No water or kettle. We asked every morning to get some hot water for our oats and coffee.

The property was big and you could walk around outside and talk to the friendly staff. The staff was very helpful and offered advice on things to do on the island to have a great time. My daughter loved it there.

Clean room, very nice large garden. Lovely hosts. Probably the best value accommodation during my whole trip in the Philippines.

Some noise (chickens, music) from the village, not a big issue when you know what to expect.

Away from the main road yet easy access to beach and restaurants. Clean rooms.

Hard bed. A bit expensive comparing to other options without anything extra.

It is in a quiet area set off the main road. It’s good value for money and next to places to eat. the management team were very welcoming and kind.

the air conditioning is very loud and the door didn’t close properly without help from the management team.

The hosts were very kind and helpful, the room was big and it was nice to have a terrace🙂

My room was clean and bright. The shower was properly separated so the floor doesn't get really wet and there was good hot water. The staff were friendly, I had washing down and it was quick and came back nice and clean.

There was no filtered water available for guests, in 6 weeks in the Philippines this was one of the only places where I couldn't fill up my water bottle. My room was fan only, it just had a standing fan which didn't seem as effective as a ceiling fan so it was quite hot in the room. The grounds were quite dark at night.
